Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電気ヒータにより加熱可能なイオン伝導性セラミック内に配置された2つ のセンサ電極(12,13)を備えたガスセンサの運転方法であって、前記セン サ電極の出力信号(USen)がセンサ電極(12,13)の下流側に設けられた 評価回路(7)において評価される、ガスセンサの運転方法において、 ヒータ(40)にパルス幅変調加熱電圧信号(UPWM)を加えること、および 前記センサ電極の出力信号(USen)に、本質的にパルス幅変調加熱電圧信号 (UPWM)に対してプッシュプル形状にかつ反転して形成されている補償信号( UKomp)を重ね合わせること、 を特徴とするガスセンサの運転方法。 2.前記センサ電極の出力信号(USen)が評価回路(7)に供給される前に 、補償信号(UKomp)が前記センサ電極の出力信号(USen)に重ね合わされる ことを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 3.補償信号(UKomp)が評価回路(7)の出力信号に重ね合わされることを 特徴とする請求項1の方法。 4.補償信号(UKomp)が、評価回路(7)において、好ましくはディジタル 方式でセンサ信号(USen)に重ね合わされることを特徴とする請求項1の方法 。 5.パルス幅変調加熱電圧信号(UPWM)が平坦に伸長する傾斜を有すること を特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかの方法。 6.パルス幅変調加熱電圧信号(UPWM)が、MOSFETスイッチにより発 生され、該MOSFETスイッチのゲート・リード線内に前置抵抗が配置されて いることを特徴とする請求項5の方法。
