Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.現場のパイプを非掘削に交換する装置であって、 モールと、 該モールに係合し得る所与の長さのケーブルと、 ケーブル牽引装置と、該ケーブル牽引装置のための取付構造体を提供するよう に機能するケーブル牽引装置係合手段とを含むケーブル牽引手段と、 を備えた装置。 2.前記ケーブル牽引装置は、複数の反復周期的な牽引ストロークで前記ケーブ ルを牽引するように機能する静圧作動ケーブル係合メカニズムを含む、請求項1 に記載の装置。 3.前記ケーブル係合メカニズムは、牽引ストロークで前記ケーブルを係合させ 、回復ストロークで該ケーブルを解放し、そして次の牽引ストロークで該ケーブ ルを係合させるように機能し、これにより、前記ケーブル牽引装置は反復可能周 期で該ケーブルの牽引および解放を行う、請求項1に記載の装置。 4.前記ケーブル牽引装置は、前記牽引ストロークで前記ケーブルを係合させ前 記回復ストロークで該ケーブルを解放するように機能する複数のケーブル係合コ レットを含む、請求項3に記載の装置。 5.前記ケーブル牽引装置には、該ケーブル牽引装置内に前記ケーブルを側面か ら挿入するためのスロットケーブル挿入手段が形成される、請求項2に記載の装 置。 6.前記ケーブル牽引装置係合手段は環状部材を含み、該環状部材は、これを貫 通するケーブル通過孔と、該環状部材の該ケーブル通過孔に前記ケーブルを側面 から挿入するために該環状部材の一部を通して形成されるケーブル挿入スロット とを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 7.前記環状部材は、内部に前記ケーブル牽引装置の一部を解放可能に保持する ケーブル牽引装置保持手段を含む、請求項6に記載の装置。 8.前記ケーブル牽引装置係合手段は、前記ケーブル牽引装置によって生成され るケーブル牽引力に対する反動力を分散する拡大表面を有する反動プレートを含 む、請求項1に記載の装置。 9.前記ケーブル牽引装置係合手段は、前記ケーブル牽引装置と解放可能に係合 し得る環状部材を含み、該環状部材は、前記反動プレートが該ケーブル牽引装置 によって該環状部材に加えられるケーブル牽引力を分散するように該反動プレー トに対して取付け可能である、請求項8に記載の装置。 10.前記ケーブル牽引装置係合手段はケーブル牽引フレームを含み、該ケーブ ル牽引フレームは前記反動プレートに取付可能であり、前記環状部材は該ケーブ ル牽引フレームに取付可能である、請求項9に記載の装置。 11.前記ケーブル牽引フレームは複数のフレーム部材を含み、回転可能ケーブ ルプーリが該フレーム部材に取付けられる、請求項10に記載の装置。 12.前記フレーム部材は、前記フレームを前記ケーブルの側部に取付け可能に するケーブル取付間隙を提供するように配置される、請求項11に記載の装置。 13.前記フレーム部材は、前記フレームに対してケーブル係合経路を提供する ように配置され、これにより、前記ケーブルの側部が前記ケーブル牽引フレーム 内に、前記プーリ周りに、および前記環状部材へと取付けられ得る、請求項11 に記載の装置。 14.前記環状部材には、前記ケーブルの側部が該環状部材内へと取付けられ得 るようにケーブル取付スロットが形成される、請求項13に記載の装置。 15.前記フレームは、内側端部でベース部材に係合する複数の脚部材を含み、 該脚部材は前記プーリに係合する別のフレーム部材に外側端部で係合する、請求 項14に記載の装置。 16.前記モールは、前記ケーブルに係合し得るノーズ部と、テーパ状本体部と 、取替パイプ係合部とを含み、該モールはさらに、少なくとも2つのパイプ溝付 けホイールと少なくとも1つのパイプ分割ブレードとを含み、該ホイールと該ブ レードと該テーパ状部とは、所与の長さの取替パイプと交換するために前記パイ プを溝付け、分割、および拡張するように作用する、請求項1に記載の装置。 17.前記パイプ溝付けホイールの一方はパイプ分割ブレードと軸方向に整列し 、該パイプ溝付けホイールのもう一方は、前記モール内で該モールの該第1のパ イプ溝付けホイールとは反対側の表面に係合される、請求項16に記載の装置。 18.現場のパイプを非掘削に交換する装置であって、 モールと、 該モールに係合し得る所与の長さのケーブルと、 静圧作動のケーブル係合メカニズムを含むケーブル牽引装置と、該ケーブル牽 引装置のための取付構造体を提供するように機能するケーブル牽引装置係合手段 とを含むケーブル牽引手段であって、環状部材を含み、該環状部材は、これを貫 通するケーブル通過孔と、該環状部材の該ケーブル通過孔に前記ケーブルを側部 から挿入するために該環状部材の一部を通して形成されるケーブル挿入スロット とを含む、ケーブル牽引手段と、を備え、 該ケーブル牽引装置係合手段は、該ケーブル牽引装置によって生成されるケー ブル牽引力に対する反動力を分散する拡大表面を有する反動プレートと、ケーブ ル牽引フレームとをさらに含み、該ケーブル牽引フレームは該反動プレートに取 付可能であり、該環状部材は該ケーブル牽引フレームに取付可能である、装置。 19.前記ケーブル係合メカニズムは、牽引ストロークで前記ケーブルを係合さ せ、回復ストロークで該ケーブルを解放し、そして次の牽引ストロークで該ケー ブルを係合させるように機能し、これにより、前記ケーブル牽引装置は反復可能 周期で該ケーブルの牽引および解放を行い、該ケーブル牽引装置は、該牽引スト ロークで該ケーブルを係合させ該回復ストロークで該ケーブルを解放するように 機能する複数のケーブル係合コレットを含み、また、該ケーブル牽引装置には、 該ケーブル牽引装置内に該ケーブルを側面から挿入するためのスロットケーブル 挿入手段が形成される、請求項18に記載の装置。 20.前記ケーブル牽引フレームは複数のフレーム部材を含み、回転可能ケーブ ルプーリが該フレーム部材に取付けられ、また、該フレーム部材は、該フレーム に対してケーブル係合通路を提供するように配置され、これにより、該ケーブル は該ケーブル牽引フレーム内に、該プーリ周りに、および前記環状部材へ横方向 に取付けられ得る、請求項19に記載の装置。 21.前記モールは前記ケーブルに係合し得るノーズ部と、テーパ状本体部と、 取替パイプ係合部とを含み、該モールはさらに、少なくとも2つのパイプ溝付け ホイールと少なくとも1つのパイプ分割ブレードとを含み、該ホイールと該ブレ ードと該テーパ状部とは、所与の長さの取替パイプと交換するために前記パイプ を溝付け、分割、および拡張するように作用する、請求項20に記載の装置。 22.前記パイプ溝付けホイールの一方はパイプ分割ブレードと軸方向に整列し 、該パイプ溝付けホイールのもう一方は、前記モール内で該モールの該第1のパ イプ溝付けホイールとは反対側の表面に係合される、請求項21に記載の装置。 23.現場のパイプを非掘削に交換するとき使用されるモールであって、ケーブ ルに係合し得るノーズ部と、テーパ状本体部と、取替パイプ係合部とを含み、該 モールはさらに、少なくとも2つのパイプ溝付けホイールと少なくとも1つのパ イプ分割ブレードとを含み、該ホイールと該ブレードと該テーパ状部とは、所与 の長さの取替パイプと交換するために該現場のパイプを溝付け、分割、および拡 張するように作用する、モール。 24.前記パイプ溝付けホイールの一方はパイプ分割ブレードと軸方向に整列し 、該パイプ溝付けホイールのもう一方は、前記モール内で該モールの該第1のパ イプ溝付けホイールとは反対側の表面に係合される、請求項23に記載の装置。 25.環状部材であって、該環状部材を貫通して形成されるケーブル通過孔と、 該環状部材の該ケーブル通過孔にケーブルを側面から挿入するために該環状部材 の一部を貫通して形成されるケーブル挿入スロットとを含む、環状部材と、該環 状部材を通して生成されるケーブル牽引力に対する反動力を分散する拡大表面を 有する反動プレートとを備えた、ケーブル牽引装置係合フレーム。
