Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 軸線方向の力を伝達する密封ねじ付環状対体において、 2つの割り当てられたねじ付部分(1、2)が、確実に装嵌し、摩擦接続され るように同じピッチ値(3)のねじによって接続され、 ねじ山(5)が密封化合物(6)で充填されている前記密封ねじ付環状対体に おいて、 前記ねじ付環状対体の少なくとも一方のねじ付部分(1)がその軸線方向のね じの長さ(7)に亘って円筒形のフランク付基体(8)と非円筒形のフランク付 基体(9)とから構成され、 前記ねじ付部分を前記非円筒形のフランク付基体(9)の軸線方向長さに区域 において割り当てられたねじ付部分(2)と組み立てると、フランク(4)の半 径方向のテンションの下で割り当てられたねじ付部分(2)のフランク付基体に 対して半径方向の差が最大の点において対向する該フランク(4)に線状の接触 が形成され、 この半径方向テンションが、前記フランク(4)によってねじ付部分(1、2 )が固定されることを保証し、それにより前記ねじ山(5)内それぞれの円筒形 のフランク付基体(8)にある前記フランク(4)は自由フランク空隙(11) を有し、相互に対して自由であり、および停止手段のない軸線方向の調整領域( 10)に亘って前記ねじ部分(1、2)を連続して回転可能にし、および 前記フランク空隙(11)が前記フランクの両側が密封化合物(6)中へ完全 に埋没するようにすることを特徴とする密封ねじ付環状対体。 2. 前記フランク(4)の形状と前記ピッチ値(3)とを考慮して、前記非 円筒形のフランク付基体(9)の形状は、停止手段の無い軸線方向の前記調整領 域(10)の軸線方向長さによって前記非円筒形のフランク付基体(9)の周り における半径方向のテンションを所望に応じて分配することで決定されることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の密封ねじ付環状対体。 3. 前記非円筒形のフランク付基体(9)の形状が円錐形の基体として部分 的に形状づけられていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の密封 ねじ付環状対体。 4. 反対の回転方向のねじを備えた第2のねじ付環状対体を使用することに より、双方のねじ付部分(1、2)の着実な位置決めが軸線方向の位置決めおよ び捩じりに関して保証されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいず れか1項に記載の密封ねじ付環状対体。 5. 前記ねじ付環状対体が流体駆動の作動シリンダを密封し、ピストンチュ ーブ(12)を使用して案内ブリーチブロック(13)および(または)底部ブ リーチブロック(14)の軸線方向に力を伝達するために使用されることを特徴 とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の密封ねじ付環状対体。
