Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ブレーキライニング,特に鉄道車両用のブレーキライニングを再生する 方法において、 摩擦ライニング層(3)の擦り減った表面を機械加工して3次元の表面輪郭( 7)をもたせ、 接合剤(8)で前記輪郭表面(7)を被覆し、および その後新しい摩擦ライニング部(9)を押しつけるブレーキライニングを再生 する方法。 2. 前記方法において、前記擦り減った表面を輪郭研削または倣いフライス 削りで機械加工を施すことにより、特殊形状をもたせた表面構造(7)の輪郭を 前記表面に垂直な歯形,台形または曲線形状の輪郭にし、前記輪郭は少なくとも いくつかの区分をもち前記表面の第1の方向(4)に延びることを特徴とする請 求項1記載のブレーキライニングを再生する方法。 3. 前記方法において、前記擦り減った表面を粗く研削して機械加工を施す ことにより、実質的に長い窪みをもつ不規則な表面構造を成形し、前記成形した 窪みは少なくともいくつかの区分をもち実質的に第1の方向に延びることを特徴 とする請求項1記載のブレーキライニングを再生する方法。 4. 前記方法において、前記擦り減った表面の機械加工を前記第1の方向( 4)と交差する前記第2の方向(5)に繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項2また は3記載のブレーキライニングを再生する方法。 5. 前記方法において、前記表面構造の輪郭の深さは約1〜30mm,好ま しくは5〜20mmの領域にあることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1 項記載のブレーキライニングを再生する方法。 6. 前記方法において、ブレーキ工程中に摩擦ライニングの負荷が最もかか る方向に対して交差する,好ましくは略直角に交差する方向を第1の方向(4) として選択することを特徴とする請求項5記載のブレーキライニングを再生する 方法。 7. 前記方法において、前記第1の方向(4)を特殊形状を施した摩擦ライ ニング表面の複数の隣接区分に変えることを特徴とする請求項6記載のブレーキ ライニングを再生する方法。 8. 前記方法において、金属薄板に固着した擦り減った摩擦ラインング層を 所定の残りの厚みまで機械加工することにより、摩擦ライニング層の残り部分を もつ金属薄板の構造がさらなる使用ステップに対しても十分に機械的安定性を備 えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載のブレーキライニング を再生する方法。 9. 前記方法において、フェノール樹脂またはゴム含有の物質を接合剤(8 )として用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載のブレーキ ライニングを再生する方法。
