Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 特に溶融ガス化炉とされた反応容器(1)の排出位置(2)においてキャ リアガスによって前記反応容器(1)から排出される石炭、鉄粒子等の微粒状固 体物が、特にサイクロンとされた固体物分離装置(4)内で分離され、続けてキ ャリアガスによって前記反応容器(1)内へと再循環位置(15)において再循 環され、 前記固体物分離装置(4)と前記再循環位置(15)との間の圧力差を維持し 、 前記反応容器(1)内への入口部分において酸素供給下で少なくとも部分的に ガス化又は燃焼が行われる、前記固体物を再循環するプロセスにおいて、 分離後の前記固体物は、推進ガスによって、インジェクタの作用の下で前記固 体物分離装置(4)から直接的かつ連続的に排出され、加速されるともに、前記 反応容器(1)へと輸送されることを特徴とするプロセス。 2. 前記推進ガス流れの速度は、前記固体物と接触する際に音速と同等あるい はそれ以上とされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプロセス。 3. 前記固体物は、分離された後にフィルタにかけられることを特徴とする請 求項1または請求項2に記載のプロセス。 4. 前記固体物は、前記固体物分離装置(4)から排出された後に流動化させ られることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。 5. 窒素および/または冷却されかつ洗浄されたプロセスガスが、前記推進ガ スとして用いられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記 載のプロセス。 6. 前記冷却されかつ洗浄されたプロセスガスは、COおよびH2を含む還元 ガスにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のプロセス。 7. 特に溶融ガス化炉とされた反応容器(1)と、 該反応容器(1)から出発するとともに特にサイクロンとされた固体物分離装 置(4)へと延在し、該固体物分離装置からインジェクタ(12)が出発する部 分へと分離後の固体物を輸送するガス排出ダクト(2)と、 前記インジェクタ(12)から前記反応容器(1)へと延在しかつダストバー ナ(15)を介して前記反応容器(1)内に開口する固体物再循環ダクトと(1 4)、 を備えた請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載されたプロセスを実施する装 置において、 前記固体物分離装置(4)は、前記固体物再循環ダクト(14)に接続されて いるとともに、連続的なラインによって、インジェクタ(12)を介してダスト バーナ(15)に接続されていることを特徴とする装置。 8. 粗いフィルタ(19)が、前記固体物分離装置(4)の下流側に接続され ていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。 9. 固体物用タンク(18)が、前記固体物分離装置(4)の下流側に接続さ れており、 前記固体物用タンク(18)は、前記固体物排出ダクト内への移行部分に、流 動化部材(26)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載 の装置。 10. 前記インジェクタ(12)は、閉塞部材(25)により閉じることがで きる排出開口部が設けられたバッグタンクとして構成された固体物収集タンク( 23)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7から請求項9のいずれかに記載の 装置。 11. 前記固体物収集タンク(23)は、底部領域(24)に流動化部材(2 6)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の発明。 12. 前記固体物排出ダクト(9)は、固体物用タンク(18)から前記イン ジェクタ(12)に向けて絶え間なく延在していることを特徴とする請求項7か ら請求項11のいずれかに記載の装置。
