Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 非磁性基板と、 非磁性基板上に形成され、酸化された表面を有する種晶層と、 種晶層の酸化表面上に形成されるクロムを含有した下層下地と、 クロム含有下層下地の上に形成されたニッケル−アルミニウムまたは鉄−アル ミニウムの下層と、 ニッケル−アルミニウムまたは鉄−アルミニウムの下層の上に形成され且つク ロムを含有した中間層と、 中間層の上に形成された磁気層とを含んで成る磁気記録媒体。 2. 請求項1に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、シート積層がニッケル−燐 を含んで成る磁気記録媒体。 3. 請求項1に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、ニッケル−アルミニウムの 下層を含んで成る磁気記録媒体。 4. 請求項1に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、コバルト合金の磁気層を含 んで成る磁気記録媒体。 5. 請求項4に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、コバルト合金がコバルトと 、クロムと、プラチナと、タンタルとを含んで成る磁気記録媒体。 6. 請求項1に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、下層下地がクロムまたはク ロム合金を含み、(200)−主結晶学的配向を示す磁気記録媒体。 7. 請求項6に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、下層下地がクロムを含んで 成る磁気記録媒体。 8. 請求項6に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、下層下地がクロム−バナジ ウム合金を含んで成る磁気記録媒体。 9. 請求項1に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、中間層がクロムまたはクロ ム合金を含んで成る磁気記録媒体。 10. 請求項9に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、中間層がクロムを含んで 成る磁気記録媒体。 11. 請求項9に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、中間層がクロム−バナジ ウム合金である磁気記録媒体。 12. 請求項1に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、約2500〜約4000 エールステッドの飽和保磁力を有している磁気記録媒体。 13.請求項1に記載された磁気記録媒体であって、 磁気層の上に形成された保護外側層と、 保護外側層の上に形成された潤滑最外膜とをさらに含んで成る磁気記録媒体。 14.磁気記録媒体を製造する方法であって、 種晶層の酸化面の上にクロムを含有した下層下地を付着する段階と、 クロムを含有する下層下地の上にニッケル−アルミニウムまたは鉄−アルミニ ウムの下層を付着する段階と、 ニッケル−アルミニウムまたは鉄−アルミニウムの下層の上にクロムを含有す る中間層を付着する段階と、 中間層の上に磁気層を付着する段階とを含んで成る磁気記録媒体の製造方法。 15. 請求項14に記載された方法であって、種晶層がニッケル−燐を含んで 成る磁気記録媒体の製造方法。 16. 請求項14に記載された方法であって、クロム含有下層下地にニッケル −アルミニウム下層を付着する段階を含む磁気記録媒体の製造方法。 17. 請求項14に記載された方法であって、 非磁性基板の上に種晶層を付着する段階、および 付着された種晶層の表面を酸化させる段階を含む磁気記録媒体の製造方法。 18. 請求項14に記載された方法であって、酸素の存在する中で種晶層の表 面を酸化させる段階を含む磁気記録媒体の製造方法。 19.請求項17に記載された方法であって、種晶層がニッケル−燐を含んで成 る磁気記録媒体の製造方法。 20.請求項14に記載された方法であって、非磁性基板の上に酸化された種晶 層を付着させる段階を含む磁気記録媒体の製造方法。 21.請求項20に記載された方法であって、酸化された種晶層を酸素を含有す る雰囲気中でスパッタリング付着する磁気記録媒体の製造方法。 22.請求項20に記載された方法であって、種晶層がニッケル−亜燐酸を含 んで成る磁気記録媒体の製造方法。 23.請求項14に記載された方法であって、約25℃のような低温で直流(D C)マグネトロンスパッタリングによって下層下地を付着させる段階を含む磁気 記録媒体の製造方法。
