Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 内燃機関のクランクシャフトの軸受装置(1)であって、 機関のクランクシャフト(15)が、単一量注油のころ軸受(2,3)、通常は 玉軸受(2,3)の内に嵌め込まれ、機関のクランク室のガスケット(4,5) が各々の軸受(2,3)の内側、即ち軸受(2,3)と、ピストンロッド(7) 及びカウンタウェイト(8,9)をもつクランクシャフト組立体(6)との間、 に装着されているクランクシャフトの軸受装置において、 1つのドレン通路(11)が、クランク室の密封装置(4,5)の一方と隣接し た軸受との間の空間(12)から周囲の空気へと導くように、クランクシャフトに 設けられていることを特徴とするクランクシャフトの軸受装置。 2. 軸受(2,3)の少なくとも一方が、軸受保持具(10)に外部が囲まれて いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクランクシャフトの軸受装置。 3. クランク室の密封装置(4,5)の少なくとも一方が、軸受保持具の中に 設けられるか、又はこれと結合していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクラ ンクシャフトの軸受装置。 4. ドレン通路(11)がクランクシャフト(15)の表面に凹部(11)として具 体化されており、前記凹部が軸受(2,3)の内部リング(13,14)の下に延在 して、内部リング(13,14)の各々の側で現われ出ていることを特徴とする請求 項3に記載のクランクシャフトの軸受装置。 5. クランクシャフト(15)、即ち軸受とクランクシャフト組立体との間のク ランクシャフトが、各々の軸受(2,3)の軸受内径よりも大きな直径を有して いることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のい ずれか1項に記載のクランクシャフトの軸受装置。 6. 内燃機関が1気筒機関であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1 項に記載のクランクシャフトの軸受装置。 7. 内燃機関が、好ましくはチェーンソーである可搬式の作業道具のために意 図されたクランク室が掃気される機関であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のい ずれか1項に記載のクランクシャフトの軸受装置。
