Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式: の化合物、あるいはその薬学的に受容可能な塩または溶媒和物であって、ここで : a、b、cおよびdのうちのlつがNまたはNR9(ここでR9はO-、-CH3または-(CH2)nCO2 H(ここでnは1から3)である)を表し、そして残りのa、b、cおよびd基がCR1または CR2を表し;あるいは a、b、cおよびdの各々が独立してCR1またはCR2から選択され; 各R1および各R2が独立して、H、ハロ、-CF3、-OR10、-COR10、-SR10、-C(O)tR11 (ここでtは0、1または2)、-SCN、-N(R10)2、-NR10R11、-NO2、-OC(O)R10、-CO2 R10、-OCO2R11、-CN、-NHC(O)R10、-NHSO2R10、-CONHR10、-CONHCH2CH2OH、-NR10 COOR11、 -SR11C(O)OR11、-SR11N(R75)2(ここで各R75は独立してHおよび-C(O)OR11から選 択される)、ベンゾトリアゾール-1-イルオキシ、テトラゾール-5-イルチオ、ま たは置換テトラゾール-5-イルチオ、アルキニル、アルケニルまたはアルキル(該 アルキルまたはアルケニル基は任意にハロ、-OR10または-CO2R10で置換される) から選択され; R3およびR4が同一または相異なり、そして各々独立して、H、R1およびR2の置 換基のいずれかであるか、あるいはR3およびR4が一緒になって、ベンゼン環(環I II)に縮合した飽和または不飽和のC5-C7縮合環であり; R5、R6、R7およびR8が各々独立して、H、-CF3、-COR10、アルキルまたはアリ ールであり(該アルキルまたはアリールは任意に-OR10、-SR10、-S(O)tR11、-NR1 0 COOR11、-N(R10)2、-NO2、-COR10、-OCOR10、-OCO2R11、-CO2R10、OPO3R10で置 換される)、あるいはR5がR6と組み合わされて=Oまたは=Sを表し、および/また はR7がR8と組み合わされて=Oまたは=Sを表し; R10がH、アルキル、アリール、またはアラルキルを表し; R11がアルキルまたはアリールを表し; XがN、CHまたはCを表し、このCは炭素原子11に対する任意の二重結合(点線で 表される)を含み得; 炭素原子5と6との間の点線が任意の二重結合を表し、二重結合が存在する場合 、AおよびBは独立して、-R10、ハロ、-OR11、-OCO2R11または-OC(O)R10を表し、 そして炭素原子5と6との間に二重結合が存在しない場合は、AおよびBは各々独立 してH2、-(OR11)2;Hおよびハロ、ジハロ、アルキルおよびH、(アルキル)2、-H および-OC(O)R10、Hおよび-OR10、=O、アリールおよびH、=NOR10またはO-(CH2)p -O-(ここでpは2、3または4である)を表し; Wは、ヘテロアリール、アリール、ヘテロシクロアルキル、またはシクロアル キル基である。 2.R2がHであり;R1がBrおよびClからなる群より選択され;R3がBrおよびClか らなる群より選択され;R4がH、Br、およびClからなる群より選択され;R5、R6 、R7、およびR8がHであり;AおよびBが各々H2であり;C5とC6との間の任意の 結合が存在しない、請求項1に記載の化合物。 3.Wが以下: (A)(1)1-フェニル-1H-テトラゾール-5-イル;(2)ピリジル;(3) チアゾリル;(4)ベンゾオキサゾリル;(5)ピリミジニル;からなる群より選択されるヘテロアリール; (B)(1)環式グアニジン;(2)環式アミジン;(3)ヘテロシクロアル キル5員環および6員環;および(4)ピラノシジルからなる群より選択される ヘテロシクロアルキル;ならびに (C)シクロプロパン、シクロペンタン、およびシクロヘキサンからなる群よ り選択されるシクロアルキル、 からなる群より選択される、請求項1または2に記載の化合物。 4.R4がHである、請求光1〜3のいずれかに記載の化合物。 5.R4がClまたはBrからなる群より選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載 の化合物。 6.XがCHである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の化合物。 7.Wが以下: (A)(1)1-フェニル-1H-テトラゾル-5-イル;(2)ピリジル;(3)チ アゾリル;(4)ベンゾオキサゾリル;(5)ピリミジニルからなる群より選択 されるヘテロアリール;ならびに 2,3,4,6-テトラ-O-アセチル-1-β-D-グルコピラノシル からなる群より選択されるヘテロシクロアルキル、 からなる群より選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の化合物。 8.以下:から選択される請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の化合物であって、ここで、R1、 R3、およびR4が各々独立にハロから選択され;そしてA、B、X、およびWが請 求項1で定義される、化合物。 9.R1がBrであり;そしてR3がClであり、;そしてR4がBrである、請求項1〜8 のいずれかに記載の化合物。 10.前記化合物が以下の式の化合物である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の 化合物: 11.以下から選択される請求項1の化合物: 12.請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の化合物の有効量を投与する工程を包含 する腫瘍細胞を処置する方法。 13.処置される前記細胞が、膵臓腫瘍細胞、肺癌細胞、骨髄性リンパ腫腫瘍細 胞、甲状腺濾胞細胞腫瘍細胞、脊髄形成異常性腫瘍細胞、上皮癌腫細胞、膀胱癌 腫細胞、結腸腫瘍細胞、乳房肺瘍細胞、または前立腺腫瘍細胞である、請求項1 2に記載の方法。 14.請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の化合物の有効量の投与を包含する、フ ァルネシルタンパク質トランスフェラーゼトランスフェラーゼを阻害する方法。 15.薬学的に受容可能なキャリアと組み合わせて請求項1〜11のいずれかに 記載の化合物の有効量を含む薬学的組成物。 16.腫瘍細胞の処置のための請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の化合物の使用 。 17.腫瘍細胞の処置のための医薬の製造のための請求項1〜11のいずれかに 記載の化合物の使用。 18.ファルネシルタンパク質トランスフェラーゼの阻害のための請求項1〜1 1のいずれかに記載の化合物の使用。 19.ファルネシルタンパク質トランスフェラーゼの阻害のための医薬の製造の ための請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の化合物の使用。
