Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of rights to one's portrait or privacy by the act of stolen photography or prevent photos and videos taken without permission from being sold without one's knowledge. SOLUTION: A photographing is made impossible by irradiating infra-red rays of the wavelengths invisible to a man but visible to a camera (with photo- sensitivity) by taking advantage of light-receiving characteristics of a video or a film camera.

In recent years, wiretapping devices and voyeur devices have come to the market, and nighttime parks, fashion hotels, and toilet voyeur videos have been sold, and there is a feeling that wiretapping and voyeurism have become a boom. In addition, the victim who has been wiretapped or stolen may be in a serious situation such that it is commercialized and put on the market without even knowing the fact. Currently, several types of eavesdropping prevention devices have been commercialized, and some types of eavesdropping prevention devices have been able to be prevented. However, eavesdropping prevention devices have not been made yet. Celebrities, announcers, professional athletes and other so-called celebrities, as well as voyeur photos and voyeur videos targeting good citizens, violated the right to portrait and privacy, increasing the number of people affected. Given the current situation,
The need for anti-voyeur devices has become important. For this reason,
There is a need for a device that can prevent voyeurism without interfering with daily life.

The wavelength (visible light) of light that can be seen by a human is up to about 780 nanometers. However, television cameras and photographic films range from 900 to 1000 nanometers and have sensitivity to infrared wavelengths longer than visible light. So if you emit light with a wavelength longer than 780 nanometers,
Although it is invisible to humans, the camera is receiving light. By irradiating the infrared light with a certain intensity or more to the outside from the subject, the subject can be protected from being photographed by the voyeur camera. By using a light source that emits infrared light as a light source and directing the light directly or through an optical fiber to the front of the subject (for example, head or chest), a certain radius around the irradiation point for shooting from the front in the irradiation direction Can not be photographed. The structure is simple and the light source is infrared light emitter (infrared lamp, infrared L
(ED or infrared laser) and directly irradiate the light, or just guide the infrared light with a fiber and irradiate it from the tip of the fiber. If there is a problem with the opening angle of the fiber, a lens may be attached to adjust the angle.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Infrared LED (symbol 1) as light source
Alternatively, an infrared laser or an infrared lamp is used. When an optical fiber (symbol 4) is used, light from an LED or an infrared lamp is condensed by a mirror or lens (symbol 3) and guided to the entrance of the optical fiber. In the case of a laser, the output light may be adjusted to the entrance of the optical fiber. The exit of the optical fiber is brought to the front of the subject to emit infrared rays (symbol 7). Optical fiber aperture angle is 4
It should be 0-60 degrees (symbol 5).

According to the present invention, people who have been voyeurized and have violated their portrait rights and privacy or who have been worried about voyeurism can now protect their portrait rights and can live with peace of mind. Since this device only irradiates light, it does not damage human bodies or objects and can be used with confidence. It can also limit the spread of illegal voyeur photos and voyeur videos.
