Description of the Related Art Even if painted, the metal members of a building are old and rusted for a long time, but this is because it exudes European antiquity, nobility and deepness. Building is preferably used as a relaxing place. In spite of this rare existence, attempts have been made to artificially paint building materials as if they were old and rusted.

However, it was difficult to spontaneously express this mottled pattern.

If the spray is to be realized as a combination of this moving change and speed, it will not only require skillful techniques, but also form the expression of the individuality of the worker, and even if it is suitable for a single piece of work, In the case where uniformity is required to a certain extent as in the above case, it is not appropriate to establish a mass sales system.

However, in this case, the appearance of rust strength is created by the embedding of the emulsion paint, so it becomes an image of a dirty ruin without maintenance, and it is beautiful in expressing traditional age Cannot be taken.

However, if a rust pattern is expressed by this method, it is too patterned and a natural expression that calms down the heart peculiar to rust. It is not appropriate to use this method either, because it does not result in a natural expression having fine irregularities and no boundaries in shades and colors.

In this method, oxidation of the metal surface progresses for a long time, the state of rust changes, and finally, the metal member itself cannot keep its shape due to corrosion.

As shown, rust irregularities are fine and dispersive, resulting in a naturally occurring calm pattern with no boundaries in shades and colors, suitable for mass production despite the lack of principle of the pattern, and corrosion of the metal surface It is an object of the present invention to provide a rust-pattern coating method that does not change the rust state because it is not rust due to the rust pattern and can keep the current condition forever.

While mixing the ball to prepare the undercoat, the metal surface is mixed with a rusty intermediate paint containing a pigment with a rusted color, and the surface of the material to be coated is subjected to a degreasing ground treatment, and then the undercoat is prepared. The beads are scattered in the mottled group by applying the paint, and after the beads are fixed with the curing of the undercoat paint, the intermediate paint is applied, and then the organic paint is wiped with the organic solvent. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of coating a rust pattern, wherein the old paint and the rust color of the undercoat paint are expressed in a spotted pattern by the intermediate paint remaining on the ball group.

In addition, since the density changes gradually during that time, no boundary is generated. Since the beads are fixed by drying or baking of the paint, the beads do not flow even if the middle coat is applied thereon. Appears as an undercoated old color, portions other than the beaded balls appear as a middle coat rust color, and the rust appears as a spotted pattern as a whole. This is because, in the wiping of the intermediate coating, the beads other than the group of the beads are caught by the beads and the intermediate coating remains.

Further, the material does not need to be a material corresponding to the color in which rust is generated, and for example, copper rust may be formed in an aluminum material. In addition, not only new fabrics but also existing fabrics may be used.

However, if it is an existing one, it is necessary to remove it when rust is generated, and it is still new and needs to be cleared. Unless the treatment or coating treatment is stable, a rust preventive treatment such as a chromate treatment or a primer treatment is performed to form a stable undercoating base.

The color of the intermediate coating 5 is bronze. Is preferably green-blue, iron is an iron rust color, and brass is an intermediate color. But,
The pigment material is not particularly limited. In any case, a paint containing a large amount of pigment for residual and having a rust feeling is selected. The intermediate coating 5 may be a baking type or a normal temperature type.

If the organic solvent is contained in a cloth, buff, or the like and the intermediate coating is wiped off, the area where the beaded balls 3 are present becomes a completely undercoated surface. On top of this, a clear (fluorine-based, urethane-based, etc.) is applied as an overcoat 6 and finished.
Since the presence of the beaded beads is uniformly scattered as a whole, a rough rust is exhibited even if the surface of the beads is touched.

First, degreased as a pretreatment, and then a chromic acid treatment and a zinc chromate film 2 to increase corrosion resistance. (Figure 1). This is called a chromate treatment. In this case, it is immersed in a treatment solution and then washed with water. After the surface of the chromate treatment has dried, a paint 4 containing beads 3 is applied by spray coating as an undercoat. In this case, a paint in which the glass bead balls 3 were uniformly mixed into a black-brown urethane-based resin paint was used.
