(図面1−3)から商品等をクレジットで購入したい場
合。販売業者のホームページにアクセスして、申込ファ
イルの項目に入力と同時に音声も入力して送信。送信さ
れたデータは販売業者(図面1−3)に送信されサーバ
ー(図面1−2)に認証指示(図面1−9)がだされ
る。認証結果(図面1−10)情報が提供され認証結果
が正当であれば本人と認め商取引を行う。しかし電話を
長期間使用しなかったり電話の会話の利用が他の音声の
会話が多くなったりすると自動的に本人認識を解除す
る。[発明の効果]このシステムによりセキュリテー管
理が行い安くなり便利である。
