Description of the Related Art In recent years, in place of flooring made of solid natural wood and wooden flooring with a decorative veneer adhered to the surface, decorative surfaces such as resin films and resin-reinforced decorative paper have been applied to the substrate surface. Wood flooring with a sheet attached is widely used. The quality of the decorative sheet attached to the substrate surface is constant, and the appearance and durability are almost the same as those of the decorative veneer due to the improvement of printing technology and the improvement of the resin composition. It is also advantageous in that it is possible to produce inexpensively and in large quantities a wood flooring material with an excellent decorative sheet.

Since it is engraved by pressing a V-shaped blade against the surface, the groove has a structure in which the decorative sheet is cut by a sharp blade edge. There is a problem that the base material is exposed on both side walls of the groove and the color of the surface is different from that of the decorative sheet, giving a sense of incongruity and reducing the commercial value. For this reason, only a relatively shallow and narrow groove can be formed, which is inferior in three-dimensional appearance and luxury.

問題点がある。Further, even if the decorative sheet is in close contact with the groove along the groove from the substrate surface to the groove bottom, if cut at the groove bottom, the decorative sheet may peel off from the cut end after the application. In addition to being rolled up, the appearance is remarkably impaired, and the durability such as water resistance is lowered, so that it cannot be used for a long time. In the case where the decorative sheet is adhered after the grooves are cut on the surface of the substrate, as shown in FIG. Therefore, even if the decorative sheet c is immersed in the groove b, the decorative sheet c
Due to its thickness, it cannot be brought into close contact with the bottom of the groove, resulting in a raised state, which significantly impairs the three-dimensional effect and makes it impossible to obtain a uniform wood flooring.

By immersing the portion in the groove, the decorative sheet is stuck on the inclined wall surface of the groove without being cut even if the groove is deep and the groove width is wide. Therefore, it is possible to provide a decorative sheet-attached wood flooring material having an excellent appearance without exposing the fabric surface of the substrate to the inclined wall surface of the groove. In addition, since the bottom of the groove is formed as a narrow flat surface, the decorative sheet does not lift up and has a structure that firmly adheres to the bottom of the groove. It exhibits excellent durability and can be used for a long time.

Since the groove bottom is formed on a narrow flat surface over the entire length, a groove having a deep and wide constant cross-sectional shape can be easily and accurately carved. After the groove processing, a decorative sheet is adhered to the substrate surface and the decorative sheet portion covering the groove is immersed in the groove, so that it can be completely adhered to the inclined wall surface of the groove and the groove bottom can be formed as described above. As it is formed on a narrow flat surface over the entire length, the decorative sheet does not rise,
A decorative sheet-attached wooden flooring material that is securely adhered to the groove bottom without any risk of breakage and that has a uniform and excellent appearance can be manufactured inexpensively and in large quantities.
