The disposable paper diaper according to claim 1, further comprising an absorbent lifting elastic member that passes through a position inside the rising point of the three-dimensional gather and whose front and rear ends are substantially fixed to the absorbent arrangement area. 2. The disposable disposable diaper according to claim 1, wherein there is no leg elastic elastic member disposed substantially outside the rising point of the three-dimensional gather. 3. The absorber has a substantially hourglass shape having a constricted portion in both middle side regions, and the elastic body for lifting the absorber passes through the constricted region in the middle portion, and the front and rear ends of the absorbent body extend and contract. 3. The disposable disposable diaper according to claim 1, wherein the disposable disposable diaper is fixed to front and rear end portions. 4. The elastic elastic member for lifting the absorber is arranged in an arc shape in a developed view so as to extend along the circumference of the leg.
