Description of the Related Art Important factors such as make-up cosmetics include the fact that cosmetics are beautifully arranged on the skin and how long the finish of the makeup lasts as it was originally. It is difficult to say. This is because makeup makeup adheres to the skin only by physical force, so the degree of adhesion may be uneven depending on the condition of the skin and the local structure, or physical force or secretion from the living body This is because there are phenomena in which the position coordinates differ depending on an object or the like, and the optical properties change due to change in wetting. To prevent such a phenomenon,
Base cosmetics are being developed. In order to enhance the color rendering effect of cosmetics, the base cosmetics corrects skin color, acts as a binder between the cosmetics and the skin, firmly attaches the cosmetics to the skin, and wets the secretions with the cosmetics. It is a cosmetic that has the function of preventing it from reaching,
It did not have all of the above effects. A particular focus is on the ability to accurately place cosmetics on the skin (improvement of makeup glue). As a means to prevent makeup collapse, it is necessary to carry a makeup refill such as pressed powder, etc. , Make-up cosmetics themselves have been made less susceptible to makeup collapse. Typical types of base cosmetics in such a combination of cosmetics include a water-soluble gel preparation using a gel preparation of a carboxyvinyl polymer and / or a salt thereof, and an emulsion preparation using a carboxyvinyl polymer as a stabilizer. Is mentioned.

In other words, the present inventors have found that pores are the largest element of the non-uniformity on the skin, and that makeup secretion is caused by secretions derived from living bodies secreted from the pores. It has also been found that by smoothly correcting such pores with a transparent powder, the makeup paste is remarkably improved. However, there is no known technique for using such a powder in combination with an acrylic water-based polymer partially having an alkyl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, and such a technique provides a fresh feeling of use and makes-up. It has not been known that when makeup is applied, a base cosmetic having little change over time in the cosmetic finish can be obtained.

The transparent powder can be used without any particular limitation as long as it is a light-transmitting powder and is used in cosmetics. For example, spherical, amorphous or flaky silicic anhydride, nylon or Examples thereof include polymer resin powder such as acrylic resin beads, calcium silicate or magnesium silicate, a methylsiloxane network polymer, and a crosslinked dimethylpolysiloxane. These transparent powders can be used as they are, or can be used after surface treatment. Examples of such surface treatment include baking treatment of hydrogen methyl polysiloxane, baking treatment of dimethyl polysiloxane, phosphate coating treatment such as sodium polyphosphate, silylation treatment with a silylating agent, and a compound having a perfluoro group. Processing can be exemplified. Each of these powders is a general-purpose raw material for cosmetics, and is obtained by purchasing a commercial product. Of these transparent powders, particularly preferred is silicic anhydride, and spherical silica is particularly preferred. These transparent powders have the effect of covering the pores and flattening the skin surface, and making changes in the makeup finish due to uneven makeup glue or makeup collapse. The total content of the transparent powder in the cosmetic of the present invention is preferably 1 to 20% by weight, more preferably 4 to 20% by weight.

The aqueous polymer referred to in the present invention is a water-soluble polymer which is itself dissolved or transparently dispersed in an aqueous medium, and is not transparent but is uniformly dispersed in an aqueous medium such as water in the form of an emulsion or the like. This is a general term for the term "polymer emulsion". These can be present with a uniform probability in aqueous cosmetics, so that any of them can be used in the cosmetics of the present invention. Examples of such a polymer in a commercial product include water-soluble polymers such as Carbopol 1382 (manufactured by Goodrich Co.), which is an acrylic acid / alkyl (C10-30) acrylate copolymer, and acrylic acid. -Pemlen TR-1 or Pemlen TR-2 (manufactured by Goodrich Co.), which is a methacrylic acid (C10-30) alkyl copolymer, can be exemplified. From the viewpoint of prevention, it is preferable that the cosmetic of the present invention be an aqueous gel type having a small content of oils and fats. The content of fats and oils is preferably suppressed to 5% by weight or less. In addition, by making such a type, it is excellent in preventing makeup collapse caused by the wetting of biological secretions such as sebum and sweat, so that under makeup makeup in the summer season when such makeup collapse is likely to occur. Particularly preferred as a base cosmetic such as a control color. For this reason, it is preferable that an aqueous gelling agent indispensable for the aqueous gel formulation is contained in addition to the above-mentioned components. As such an aqueous gelling agent, a carboxyvinyl polymer and / or
Or a salt can be illustrated suitably. Preferred examples of such salts include alkali metal salts such as sodium and potassium, ammonium salts, and organic amine salts such as triethanolamine. The preferred content of such a gelling agent is preferably 0.1 to 10% by weight in terms of the amount of the polymer itself,
More preferably, it is 1 to 5% by weight. The neutralization rate is 10
~ 100% is preferred. When such a gel preparation is used as a base material for summer, it is preferable to contain a cooling agent in addition to the above components. This is because the secretion of sebum and sweat can be suppressed by the cooling agent, and the durability of makeup can be further improved. Examples of such a cooling agent include l-menthol, thymol, eucalyptus extract, bacolder extract and the like. These are preferably contained in an amount of 0.01 to 0.5% by weight.
