The method according to claim 1, wherein the label removing and transporting means transports the label from the side of the neck insertion hole to the label mounting position, and the label mounting means engages with a portion of the label which is transported to the label mounting position on the side of the neck insertion hole. The label supply / attachment device according to claim 1, wherein the label supply / attachment device is a label folding member that is inclined downward and fixed to a label attachment position so as to be bent downward.
