SOLUTION: Paper refuse, fiber refuse, waste plastic, side-drain sludge and sewage sludge are mixed with cement and a binder to be granulated. Incineration ash is mixed with sludge and paper refuse to be granulated. In order to increase the strength of granulated matter, ceramic refuse is crushed to be utilized in place of sand. Coal ash (cliker ash) is also used in the same way. 同様である (ハ)また焼却灰、石炭灰、下水汚泥、スラッジ、ガラ
ス陶磁器屑、沈渣物を造粒し、砂利として、また路盤材
として利用することもできる。 (ニ)防音、消音効果にはゼオライト、軽石を混ぜる、
水質の浄化、空気中ガスの吸着、湿度調整にはゼオライ
ト、珪藻土、石炭灰を混ぜることにより効果がでる。 (ホ)使用目的により混入比列を決める。 (ヘ)製品化されたコンクリート製品は強度、防火材と
して、日本工業規格に合致するものであると確認されて
いる。 (ト)(イ)〜(ハ)の何れかの方法で混練り、成型、
乾燥で製品化することができる。 (チ)よって、本発明は紙屑、繊維屑、廃プラスチッ
ク、汚泥を安定 した建築資材、及び土木資材として
再利用が出きるものである
