Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.成形品を製造するための方法であって、 a)架橋し得る基を含む水溶性のプレポリマーの実質的に水性の溶液を調製する 工程、 b)得られた溶液を固形状態に変換する工程、 c)得られた固形状態の溶液を成形用型に導入する工程、 d)固形状態の溶液を成形用型内で液体状態に変換する工程、 e)適用できる場合には、成形用型を閉じる工程、 f)架橋を開始させる工程、 g)適用できる場合には、成形用型を開き、それにより成形用型から成形品を取 り出す工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 2.成形品が、コンタクトレンズである、請求項1記載の方法。 3.架橋し得る基を含む水溶性プレポリマーの実質的に水性の溶液が、プレポリ マーの製造のために用いられる、モノマー性、オリゴマー性又はポリマー性出発 物質又はプレポリマーの製造の間に形成される2次生成物を含まないか又は実質 的に含まず、かつ特に望ましくないいかなる構成物をも含まないか、又は実質的 に含まない、請求項1記載の方法。 4.架橋し得る基を含む水溶性プレポリマーの実質的に水性の溶液が、ビニルコ モノマーを添加せずに、かつ特にいかなるコモノマーをも添加せずに用いられる 、請求項1記載の方法。 5.架橋のための開始剤が、プレポリマー溶液に添加される、請求項1記載の方 法。 6.架橋に続く、望ましくない構成物を取り除くための抽出が、省略される、請 求項1記載の方法。 7.a)プレポリマーの製造のために用いられる、モノマー性、オリゴマー性又 はポリマー性出発物質又はプレポリマーの製造の間に形成する2次生成物を含ま ないか又は実質的に含まず、かつ特に望ましくないいかなる構成物をも含まない か、又は実質的に含まない、架橋し得る基を含む水溶性のプレポリマーの実質的 に水性の溶液を調製する工程、 b)得られた溶液を固形状態に変換する工程、 c)得られた固形状態の溶液を成形用型に導入する工程、 d)固形状態の溶液を成形用型内で液体状態に変換する工程、 e)適用できる場合には、成形用型を閉じる工程、 f)架橋を開始する工程、 g)適用できる場合には、成形用型を開き、それにより成形用型から成形品を取 り出す工程を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 8.成形品が、コンタクトレンズである、請求項7記載の方法。 9.実質的に水性の溶液が、純粋に水性溶液であるか、又は合成の、好適には緩 衝された涙液である、請求項8記載のコンタクトレンズを製造するための方法。 10.架橋開始剤が、溶液に加えられ、次いで架橋が光架橋により実施される、 請求項8記載の方法。
