Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも一の射出ゲート又は位置において流動性プラスチックが射出成 形型内へ射出される射出成形法によりシール要素が製造される少なくとも一のプ ラスチックからなるピストン圧縮機用、特には乾式駆動ピストン圧縮機用シール 要素製造方法。 2. 各射出ゲートの空間的位置がシール要素が射出点を含まないように選定さ れる請求項1に記載の方法。 3. プラスチックが唯一の射出ゲートにおいて射出成形型内へ導入され、該射 出ゲートの空間的位置が、該射出成形型内におけるプラスチックの移動距離が最 小となるように選定される請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 特にリング形状に形成されるシール要素に関して、射出成形型内において 放射方向に広がるプラスチックの顕著な流れの方向が発生するように射出ゲート が配される請求項2又は3に記載の方法。 5. ほぼリング形状をなすシール要素の製造に関して、リング形状シール要素 の幾何学的中心近傍に配された射出ゲートにおいて、プラスチックが射出成形型 内へ射出される請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6. ほぼリング形状をなすシール要素の製造に関して、 (a)流動性プラスチックが射出通路を介して射出成形型における実質的に円盤 形状であるキャビティの中心部へ射出されて固化する射出成形法により、傘状の 成形品が形成され、 (b)該傘状の成形品が該成形型から取り外され、 (c)該傘状の成形品の中央領域が除去され、実質的にリング形状のシール要素 が得られる請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7. 流動性プラスチックが単一加工工程においてほぼ最終的な形状へ導かれる ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 8. 特にリング形状に形成されるシール要素に関して、射出成形型内におい て周縁方向に広がるプラスチックの顕著な流れの方向が発生するように射出ゲー トが配される請求項7に記載の方法。 9. プラスチックが少なくともPEEK(ポリエーテルエーテルケトン)又は PFA(過フルオロアルコキシ共重合体;perfluoralkoxy-copolymer)又はPP S(ポリフェニレンスルフィド)からなる前出請求項いずれか一項に記載の方法 。 10.PTFEのような有機充填剤もしくはグラファイトのような無機充填剤及 び/又は炭素繊維、アラマイト(アラミド)繊維、ガラス繊維もしくは金属のよ うな繊維質材料がプラスチックに混合される請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記 載の方法。 11.シール要素における繊維質材料の密度が局部的に変化するように、繊維質 材料が異なる密度でプラスチックと混合される請求項10に記載の方法。 12.シール要素における少なくとも二つの表面が所望の寸法に対して正確に形 成されるように、シール要素の冷却中に生じる材料収縮が制御される請求項1乃 至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 13.シール要素が少なくとも一の染色されたプラスチックにより製造される請 求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 14.請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造された、特に乾 式駆動ピストン圧縮機におけるシールリング又はピストンリング用のシール要素 。 15.単一リング装置又は分離型リングにおいて、開リング形状又は閉リング形 状の構造体として設計された請求項14に記載のシール要素。 16.オーバラップギャップ接合部を有するシールリングとして設計された請求 項14又は15に記載のシール要素。 17.リング形状に設計され、繊維質材料が周縁方向に伸展してなる請求項14 乃至16のいずれか一項に記載のシール要素。
