Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.沈降速度型(E.S.R)の分析又は試験管型の容器内で撹拌する必要があ る前処理済みの同様な有機液体の分析を10分以内の時間で準備し、実行する装 置であって、 基部構造体(101,103;203)上で、水平振動軸線(X-X)の周りを、二つの制限位 置間で振動可能な組立体(104;204)、 前記組立体上で、前記水平軸線(X-X)に対して垂直な回転軸線(Y-Y)の周りを回 動可能なロータ(106;206)、 前記ロータ上で、前記回転軸線(Y-Y)の周りに対称的に配置された複数の試験 管(1)用の座から成るリング、 前記組立体を、撹拌処理を実行するための回転軸線(Y-Y)がほぼ水平になる位 置と、読取処理を行うための回転軸線(Y-Y)が垂直になる位置とに移動する手段( 145;245)、及び 読取位置(125;225)において、軸線(Y-Y)を上向きに配置した時の前記ロータ(1 06;206)の間欠的な動きによって前記読取位置に到達した試験管に沿って光学的 な読み取りを行う手段(141A,141B;241)を 備えた装置において、 前記ロータが、モータ手段(115;215)によって、 回転軸線(Y-Y)が水平になる位置で、撹拌のために比較的遅い動きで駆動され 、かつ、 回転軸線が垂直になる位置で、読取位置に試験管を連 続的に位置決めするために間欠的な動きで駆動され、 さらに、撹拌処理の後で、読取処理の前に試験管の内容物の遠心分離を行い、 沈降を加速させるために比較的早い動きで駆動されること、 及び前記回転軸線(Y-Y)が垂直位置にある時に、前記ロータ上の複数の試験管 用座(121)から成るリングが、遠心分離のための早い回転中に、試験管(1)を、そ れらの底部が外方に面するように保持すること を特徴とする装置。 2.試験管の各座(121)がロータ(106)に対して固定され、回転軸線(Y− Y)に対して45°のオーダーの角度に向けられ、試験管の口部より試験管の底 部の方が回転軸線から離れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の装置。 3.試験管の各座(262)が接線方向軸線(Z−Z)の周りでロータ(206)に おいて振動し、そして重力により、ロータが垂直位置にありかつ試験管を順に読 取り位置に動かすために作動される時にロータの回転軸線(Y−Y)に平行な位 置となり、試験管及び座が遠心力の作用で上記ロータの回転軸線(Y−Y)に直 交するまで速い回転中に傾斜位置となることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の 装置。 4.振動組立体(206)上に、撹拌処理において試験管の底部を上に向けて傾 斜した位置にそれらの試験管を置くために、回転軸線(Y−Y)を本質的に水平 にした ロータの位置における試験管の上方軌道に沿って設けられた案内部材(270、270 A)を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の装置。 5.上記案内部材(270、270A)が、撹拌処理段階を除いた全ての処理段階の 静止位置に合わせるためにアクチュエータ(272)によって動かされ得ることを 特徴とする請求の範囲4に記載の装置。 6.遠心分離処理において上記ロータ(106;206)が300rpmオーダーの比較的 早い速度で作動され得ることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜5のいずれか一項に記 載の装置。 7.上記光学読取り手段(141A、141B)が、上記振動組立体(104;204)で支 持されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 8.上記光学読取り手段が、読取り位置における試験管(1)に平行に摺動で きるスライド(129)上に、個々の試験管上に存在し得るバーコードまたは同等 物の読取り手段(143)を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜7のいず れか一項に記載の装置。
