Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.穿孔可能な管体から流体をサンプリングする装置であって、 前記穿孔可能な管体を受容するようにされた管体穿孔部と、クランプとを有す る細長いハウジングと、 前記細長いハウジングの内部に取り付けられる針保持部と、 流体が流れるようにされた針とを備え、該針が両端方向に前記針保持部の外に 延出する部分を有するように該針保持部に固定され、前記針の第1先端部が尖鋭 化され、かつ、前記管体穿孔部が該針の該第1先端部に使用者の指が偶然に接触 することを実質的に防止するように、該第1先端部が該管体穿孔部からはみ出す ことなく管体穿孔部の内方に突出し、 前記クランプは前記穿孔可能な管体を前記管体穿孔部内に把持することにより 該穿孔可能な管体を前記針の前記第1先端部に押し付けて該第1先端部が該穿孔 可能な管体を穿孔するように構成したことを特徴とする装置。 2.前記細長いハウジングが前記針の第2先端部に使用者の指が偶然に接触する ことを実質的に防止するように、該針の該第2先端部が該細長いハウジングから はみ出すことなく該細長いハウジングの内方に突出することを特徴とする請求項 1記載の装置。 3.前記管体穿孔部は実質的に前記管体の外周面に合わせて形成された管体接触 エレメントを備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。 4.前記針の前記第2先端部が丸いことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 5.前記針の前記第2先端部が尖鋭化されており、該第2先端部を覆い少なくと も前記針保持部に至る穿孔可能な弾性のある鞘が形成されていることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の装置。 6.前記針保持部が前記細長いハウジング内に取り外し可能に取り付けられるこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 7.前記針が前記針保持部に接着剤で取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1 記載の装置。
