Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.低沸点物と中沸点物と高沸点物とからなる均質混合物(L,M,H混合物)から 低沸点物および中沸点物を含有する画分(L,M画分)を分離する方法において、 L,M,H混合物を塔内で塔底部中で低沸点物の蒸気で処理し、かつL,M画分 とL,H画分とに分離することを特徴とする、低沸点物と中沸点物と高沸点物と からなる均質混合物(L,M,H混合物)から低沸点物および中沸点物を含有する画 分(L,M画分)を分離する方法。 2.L,M,H混合物を塔の塔底部内への低沸点物の蒸気の導入によって処理す る、請求項1記載の方法。 3.処理を対向流で行なう、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.塔としてストリッピング塔を使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項 に記載の方法。 5.L,M画分を導出棚段の高さまたはそれよりも上方で、殊に塔の塔頂部を介 して取出す、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.L,M画分を濃縮塔内に導入し、この濃縮塔内で低沸点物の分離を行ない、 したがって中沸点物の含量に富んだL,M画分を得る、請求項1から5までのい ずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.濃縮塔を処理塔上に載置し、低沸点物を塔頂部を 介して留去し、中沸点物の含量に富んだL,M画分を側方流取出し口を介して取 出す、請求項6記載の方法。 8.処理塔を側方塔の塔底部と結合し、濃縮塔を側方塔の塔頂部と結合する、請 求項7記載の方法。 9.ストリッピング/濃縮塔にL,M,H混合物の供給位置の高さで本質的に垂 直方向の分離壁を装備させる、請求項7記載の方法。 10.L,M画分を濃縮部および駆出部を有する他の塔内で分離するかまたは中 沸点物に対して濃縮させる、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.塔内または濃縮塔内で取出された低沸点物を、場合によっては圧縮後に少 なくとも部分的に再び塔の塔底部内に導入する、請求項1から10までのいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 12.熱に敏感な中沸点生成物を取得するための請求項1から11までのいずれ か1項に記載の方法。
