Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの第一相および第二相を有する分散混合物の製造方法におい て、 a)第一相ならびに第二相を部分流に分割し、 b)第一相の部分流は第一平坦層中に存在し、第二相の部分流は第二平坦層中 に存在し、 c)第一平坦層中の第一相の部分流を、分散過程および混合過程を開始させる ために、一定の角度で第二平坦相中の部分流に供給し、その際 d)第一相の部分流と第二相の部分流との交差点で、部分流を合流および混合 し、 e)平坦層は平行におよび直接に重なり合って配置されている、 分散混合物の製造方法。 2.少なくとも1つの第一相および第二相からなる分散混合物の製造装置におい て、 − 2個の箔を含み、 − それぞれ箔の片側に溝の平行群が設けられているすくなくとも1つの基本 ユニットからなり、その際基本ユニット中で、2つの箔は、 − 双方の箔の溝を備える側が重なり合って存在しおよび − 互いに一定の角度を形成するように構成されている、分散混合物の製造装 置。 3.90°の角度を有する、請求項2記載の装置。 4.溝が平行に箔の2つの縁に延在する、長方形の箔を有する、請求項3記載の 装置。 5.幅および深さが10および100μmの間にある溝を有する、請求項2から 4までにいずれか1項記載の装置。 6.装置の生成物出口に後接されたマイクロ熱交換器を有する、請求項2から5 までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
