Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.機能切れ刃及びこれから遠い当たり面のある切削用ユニットを解放可能に 受け入れるための切削用ユニット受入れ用ポケットを有するカッターボデーを備 えた切削用工具組立体であって、 細長い穴がカッターボデーに形成されかつ前記当たり面に隣接して前記受入れ 用ポケット内に開口し、 調整装置が前記穴の中に置かれそして、 前記穴の中で長手方向に滑ることができ、かつ前記当たり面と当たる関係でそ の長手方向軸線に関して傾けられ長手方向に向けられ調整面を有する細長い筒状 の調整部材、 前記カッターボデーに関してネジにより双方向に移動できるように最初に前記 調整部材を摺動可能に伸びる細長い調整ネジ、 前記ネジによる双方向の移動を前記調整部材に当たり伝達しこれにより与えら れた方向でのネジによる移動が前記機能切れ刃を実質的に横切る調整方向におけ る前記切削用ユニットの外向きの移動を生するための調整部材相互組合用手段 を備える前記切削工具組立体。 2.前記調整部材が平坦な調整面のある実質的に直円筒状の形を有する請求項 1による切削工具組立体。 3.前記調整面は、前記調整ネジのネジの切られた先端に向かう調整面の先端 がその後端よりも、その長手方向軸線に向かって半径方向でより近いように傾け られる請求項1又は2のいずれかによる切削工具組立体。 4.前記調整装置が、その調整部材の移動をその調整ネジの前記ネジ による双方向の移動と同期させるためにバックラッシュ排除手段を更に備える請 求項1ないし3のいずれかによる切削工具組立体。 5.前記調整面を前記細長いスロットと揃えるための角度指向手段を更に備え る請求項1ないし4のいずれかによる切削工具組立体。 6.前記調整装置の位置を前記穴に沿って固定するための固定用手段を更に備 える請求項1ないし5のいずれかによる切削工具組立体。 7.前記当たり面が、前記調整面に対して当たるように前記細長いスロットを 通して突き出す請求項1ないし6のいずれかによる切削工具組立体。 8.前記当たり面が同一面上の間隔を空けられた1対の当たり面を有する請求 項1ないし7のいずれかによる切削工具組立体。 9.請求項1ないし8のいずれかによるカッター。 10.長手方向軸線に関して傾けられた長手方向に向けられた調整面を有する 細長い筒状の調整部材、前記調整部材を通って滑るように伸びている細長い調整 ネジ、及び前記調整部材を前記調整ネジ上に固定するための調整部材相互組合用 手段を備えた調整装置。 11.前記調整部材が平坦な調整面のある直円筒状の当たり面を有する請求項 10による調整装置。 12.前記調整面は、その前端がその後端よりも半径方向で前端が長手方向軸 線に近いようにこれに対して傾けられる請求項10又は11のいずれかによる調 整装置。 13.バックラッシュを無くす手段を更に備える請求項10ないし12のいず れかによる調整装置。 14.前記調整部材に、テーパー付き側壁を有し長手方向に向けられ た細長い溝が形成される請求項10ないし13のいずれかによる調整装置。
