Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.遊離水素の存在下、ニッケル含有沈澱法触媒上を流れるジエン含有給送材 料流を、40から100℃の温度、3から20バールの圧力、1から10kg/ (1×h)のWHSVで水素添加する工程を包含することを特徴とする、ジエン 含有給送材料流の選択的水素添加方法。 2.50から80℃の温度、5から12バールの圧力、3から7kg/(1× h)のWHSVで行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 3.給送材料流が、15から90重量%の芳香族化合物および5000ppm (重量)までのジエンを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2の方法。 4.水素添加工程において給送される水素の量を、水素添加されるべきジエン の量の関数として制御し、給送材料流中のジエン化合物1モルに対して、1から 1.3モル、好ましくは1から1.2モル、ことに約1.2モルの水素を給送す ることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかの方法。 5.触媒が、その全体量に対して、それぞれ酸化物として計算して、65から 80重量%のニッケル、10から25重量%の珪素、2から10重量%のジルコ ニウム、0から10重量%のアルミニウムを含有するが、二酸化珪素と酸化アル ミニウムの合計が少なくとも15%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4の いずれかの方法。 6.水素添加された生成物が、抽出蒸留工程において、芳香族炭化水素混合物 と、非芳香族炭化水素混合物とに分離されることを特徴とする、請求項1または 2の方法。 7.給送材料流の芳香族化合物分の量が、選択的水素添加工程前に、単一また は複数の上流蒸留工程、抽出工程および/または抽出蒸留工程において増大せし められることを特徴とする、請求項1または2の方法。
