Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 発射体、該発射体内に詰め込んだ網、該網を飛行中に拡げるための網展開 デバイス、及び予め定めた基準条件の発生時に前記網展開デバイスをトリガする 手段を備えてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 2. 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記トリガする手段に衝撃検出器を含め、 前記予め定めた基準条件を物に対する前記発射体の衝撃としてなる弾道学的展開 型の制止網システム。 3. 請求項2のシステムにおいて、前記衝撃検出器に機械的スイッチ内配置の 錘を含め、該錘を、衝撃時に前記スイッチを閉成させる如く前記スイッチ内で滑 動可能にしてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 4. 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記トリガする手段にタイマを含め、前記 基準条件を予め定めた長さの時間の経過としてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網シス テム。 5. 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記トリガする手段にプログラム可能なタ イマを含め、前記基準条件を予めプログラムした長さの時間の経過とし、前記シ ステムにさらに、射程検出器と、予め定めた時間後に前記プログラム可能なタイ マに応動して前記トリガする手段を作動させる如く前記タイマをプログラムする 手段とを含め、前記予め定めた時間を物までの射程及び該物へ向かう前記発射体 の飛行速度の関数としてな弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 6. 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記トリガする手段に接近検知器を含め、 前記基準条件を前記発射体から物への予め定めた距離への到達としてなる弾道学 的展開型の制止網システム。 7. 請求項6のシステムにおいて、前記接近検知器に赤外線センサを含めてな る弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 8. 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記発射体に、発射体網部と発射体導火管 部との2部を設け、前記網と前記展開デバイスとを前記発射体網部内に収納し、 前記トリガする手段を前記発射体導火管部内に収納してなる弾道学的展開型の制 止網システム。 9. 請求項8のシステムにおいて、さらに飛行中に前記発射体網部から前記発 射体導火管部を分離する手段を設けてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 10.請求項9のシステムにおいて、前記分離する手段に、前記発射体網部内の ガス室を含め、該ガス室の一端を前記発射体導火管部と連通させてなる弾道学的 展開型の制止網システム。 11.請求項10のシステムにおいて、さらにガスによる前記ガス室の加圧手段 を含めてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 12.請求項11のシステムにおいて、前記発射体に前記発射体を発射するため の発射薬室を設け、前記ガス室の加圧手段に、前記ガス室と発射薬室とを結ぶ前 記発射体内の通路を含めてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 13.請求項9のシステムにおいて、さらに前記発射体網部と発射体導火管部と の間に延在するつなぎを設け、前記発射体の両部を同一の飛行軌道に維持してな る弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 14.請求項13のシステムにおいて、前記発射体にノーズコーンを含め、前記 つなぎをノーズコーンの周りに巻き付けてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム 。 15.請求項14のシステムにおいて、さらに三角形のフック環ストリップを設 け、該フック環ストリップの一方の半分を前記ノーズコーンに固定し、そのスト リップの他方の半分を前記つなぎに固定し、前記発射体網部からの発射体導火管 部の分離時における前記つなぎの急速反動を防止してなる弾道学的展開型の制止 網システム。 16.請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記発射体に前記網収納用の網室を含めて なる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 17.請求項16のシステムにおいて、前記網室に、前記網に結合された複数の 錘部に分割されたケースを含めてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 18.請求項17のシステムにおいて、前記網展開デバイスに、前記錘部を飛行 中に分離する手段を含めてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 19.請求項18のシステムにおいて、前記分離する手段に、前記網室に置かれ 且つ前記導火管に応動する爆発性装薬を含めてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網シス テム。 20.請求項16のシステムにおいて、前記網室に前記網を詰め込み、前記網の 頂部を前記室の開口端に、前記網の折畳み部を前記室の内部に置いてなる弾道学 的展開型の制止網システム。 21.請求項16のシステムにおいて、前記網室を中空とし、前記網をその中空 部内に詰め込み、前記網の頂部を前記網室の一端近傍に置き、前記網の複数の巻 ひげ状部をそこから延在させてなる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 22.請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記網に、電源と、該電源に接続され且つ 前記網で捕捉された標的物を無能力化する開放電気回路とを含めてなる弾道学的 展開型の制止網システム。 23.請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記網に、無能力化性の粘着物を含めてな る弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 24.請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記網に、無能力化性の化学薬品を含めて なる弾道学的展開型の制止網システム。 25.請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記網に、跡付け物質を含めてなる弾道学 的展開型の制止網システム。 26.錘付き制止網が詰め込まれた発射体を発射し、該網を広げるための基準条 件を設定し、前記設定した基準条件の発生時に飛行中の前記網を展開してなる制 止網の展開方法。 27.請求項26の方法において、前記被設定基準条件を物に対する前記発射体 の衝撃としてなる制止網の展開方法。 28.請求項26の方法において、前記被設定基準条件を予め設定した長さの時 間の経過としてなる制止網の展開方法。 29.請求項26の方法において、前記被設定基準条件を発射体から物までの予 め定めた距離への到達としてなる制止網の展開方法。 30.請求項28の方法において、さらに発射前に標的物までの距離を定め、標 的物までの距離に基づいて標的物までの飛行時間を算定し、前記飛行時間の経過 後に飛行中の前記網を展開してなる制止網の展開方法。 31.請求項26の方法において、さらに発射後に発射体網部から発射体導火管 部を分離してなる制止網の展開方法。 32.請求項31の方法において、さらに前記網部を導火管部へつなぐことによ り前記発射体の両部を同一の飛行軌道に維持してなる制止網の展開方法。 33.請求項31の方法において、前記分離に、前記発射体導火管部と連通した ガス室への発射中ガス充填を含めてなる制止網の展開方法。 34.請求項26の方法において、前記網の展開に、網の錘を分離するための爆 薬のトリガを含めてなる制止網の展開方法。 35.請求項26の方法において、前記網の詰め込みを、前記網の頂部を発射体 内における長手方向部材周囲へ配置し、且つ前記網の折畳み部を前記長手方向部 材の上下において作ることにより行なってなる制止網の展開方法。 36.請求項26の方法において、前記網の詰め込みを、頂部から延在する複数 の前記網の巻ひげ状部を形成し、且つ前記網の前記頂部を発射体内に置くことに より行なってなる制止網の展開方法。 37.請求項26の方法において、さらに前記網に捕捉された標的物を無能力化 してなる制止網の展開方法。 38.請求項37の方法において、前記無能力化に、前記網に捕捉された標的物 への衝撃印加を含めてなる制止網の展開方法。 39.請求項37の方法において、前記無能力化に、前記標的物を網内部の興奮 性化学物質にさらすことを含めてなる制止網の展開方法。 40.請求項37の方法において、前記無能力化に、前記標的物を網内部の無能 力化性粘着材にさらすことを含めてなる制止網の展開方法。 41.請求項1の方法において、さらに前記網に跡付け物質を被覆することによ り、前記網に捕捉された標的物に跡付けしてなる制止網の展開方法。
