Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アーマチュアとヨークとを備えたコイルを含む磁石系と、この磁石系におけ る磁束を制御するための制御装置とを備えた開閉機器、特に電磁接触器或いは継 電器のための制御器において、制御装置(10)により磁束が時間及び行程に無 関係な所定の範囲に制御されることを特徴とするような開閉機器のための制御器 。 2.投入及び保持の際に磁束が検出され、制御に使用されることを特徴とする請 求項1記載の制御器。 3.制御装置(10)によりコイル(1、21)を通る磁束(コイル磁束)が制 御されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の制御器。 4.コイル(1、21)の磁束に対して上限閾値及び下限閾値が定められている ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の制御器。 5.制御されたコイル磁束に対する範囲の幅が磁束の0.01乃至10%の間、 好ましくは0.05乃至5%の間にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制御器 。 6.制御されたコイル磁束に対する範囲の幅が望まれる開閉周波数に関連して選 ばれていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の制御器。 7.コイル(1)が可制御開閉素子(15)及び整流器(5)を介して端子電圧 に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制御器。 8.制御装置(10)が電圧監視のためのユニット(12)を含み、これにより 投入が一定の投入閾値を上回ったときに初めて、例えば定格電圧の70%におい て行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制御器。 9.磁束を検出するために積分器(26)を備えた補助コイル(24)が設けら れていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の制御器。 10.補助コイル(24)が磁石系(20)のヨーク(22)に設けられている ことを特徴とする請求項9記載の制御器。 11.コイル磁束を検出するために磁界検出素子(34)が設けられていること を特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の制御器。 12.磁界検出素子(34)が磁石系(20)のヨーク(22)のスリット(2 5)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の制御器。 13.ヨーク(22)におけるスリット(25)と必然的空隙(30)とが磁気 分圧器を形成していることを特徴とする請求項12記載の制御器。 14.必然的空隙(30)が予め選ばれた幅(b)を持っていることを特徴とす る請求項13記載の制御器。
