Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一サイクルの吸着充填相において供給ガス内の非生成ガスを吸着すると共に 、前記サイクルの脱着再生相において先に吸着した前記非生成ガスを脱着する少 なくとも1つのふるい床を備えており、さらに、前記吸着充填相において生成ガ スを送る出口手段と、前記脱着再生相における前記非生成ガスの出口手段と、前 記生成ガス内の成分の濃度に反応するセンサ手段と、前記吸着充填相と前記脱着 再生相とを切り換えるための制御手段とを備えており、該制御手段は、各サイク ル中の前記吸着充填相の持続時間を前記脱着再生相の持続時間に相対させて調節 することができることを特徴とする、供給ガスから生成ガスを分離するための分 子ふるい型ガス分離装置。 2.作動期間中に、全サイクル時間がほぼ一定に維持される請求項1に記載の装 置。 3.前記装置は、複数のふるい床を備えており、前記制御手段は、使用時に該床 の少なくとも1つが常に吸着充填相で作動しているように前記装置を作動させる 請求項1または2に記載の装置。 4.同じサイクル時間内で前記吸着充填相と前記脱着再生相との間で切り換えら れるN個のふるい床があり、前記装置は、前記各床における全サイクル時間に対 する前記吸着充填相の前記持続時間の比率が常に1:Nよりも大きくなるように 作動する請求項3に記載の装置。 5.前記装置の各床は、前記制御手段によって、複数の弁の作動で前記吸着充填 相と前記脱着再生相との間で切り換えられる先行する請求項の内のいずれか1項 に記載の装置。 6.前記装置は、前記各ふるい床を収容したコンテナを備えており、前記弁の少 なくとも1を能動弁にすることによって、前記供給ガスまたは前記生成ガスまた は前記非生成ガスの1つを前記コンテナに流入または流出させる前記弁の開閉程 度を調節可能にし、および/または、前記弁を開閉状態間で切り換える割合を可 変にすることができる請求項5に記載の装置。 7.前記装置は、前記ふるい床を収容したコンテナを備えており、前記各床の前 記脱着再生相の端において、次の前記吸着充填相の前に、前記生成ガスを前記装 置内へ導入して、残留する前記非生成ガスを前記コンテナから追い出すようにし た先行する請求項の内のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 8.前記装置は、前記ふるい床を収容したコンテナを備えており、少なくとも一 部の前記吸着充填相と前記脱着再生相との間に、該コンテナに流入または流出す る前記供給ガス、前記生成ガスまたは前記非生成ガスが最小限であるか、または まったくない休止相を含む先行する請求項の内のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 9.前記装置は、前記ふるい床を収容したコンテナを備えており、少なくとも一 部の前記吸着充填相と前記脱着再生相との間に、該コンテナへの前記供給ガスの 前記供給、該コンテナからの前記生成ガスの前記供給及び該コンテナからの前記 非生成ガスの前記供給の少なくとも2つが同時に発生する時に重複相を含む先行 する請求項の内のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 10.前記生成ガス中の所望成分は酸素であり、前記各ふるい床が窒素ガスを吸 着できるふるい床材を含むことによって、前記生成ガスを呼吸用に使用できるよ うにした先行する請求項の内のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 11.前記装置は、飛行機に設けられており、前記生成ガスを飛行機乗組員が呼 吸するようにした請求項10に記載の装置。 12.前記制御手段は、前記生成ガスの酸素濃度を、高度に伴って変化する生成 ガスの目標酸素濃度に近づけることができるように前記装置を作動させる請求項 11に記載の装置。 13.先行する請求項の内のいずれか1項に記載のガス分離装置を備えた飛行機 。 14.前記生成ガス内の成分の前記濃度を感知する段階と、前記生成ガス内の成 分の濃度を所定範囲内に保持するために、前記各ふるい床の各サイクル中におけ る前記吸着充填相の前記持続時間を前記脱着再生相の前記持続時間に相対させて 調節する段階とを有する請求項1乃至12の内のいずれか1項に記載の装置を作 動させる方法。
