及び形状は、蓋板部材5の雌ネジ部5aに螺合連結した
閉栓具13を放散管7の内方側に螺進操作するに伴って
都市ガスを外部に放出することができるならその数及び
形状は任意である。 〈5〉回動操作部Kの形状及び回動操作部材の形状は先
の実施形態で説明した六角形状、又はピン連結によるも
のに限らず、閉栓具13を回動操作可能に互いを形成し
てあるならその形状は任意である。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 管内流体を地上側に放散自在な放散管の
端部フランジに当てつけて、前記管内流体の放出を阻止
する放散管の蓋板部材であって、前記フランジに取付け
た状態で、前記放散管内と外部とが連通する連通孔を設
け、前記連通孔に雌ネジ部を形成し、前記雌ネジ部に対
して螺合自在な雄ネジ部を備えた閉栓具を、前記放散管
の内方側からシール材を介在させて前記雌ネジ部に螺合
連結し、前記連通孔を通して外部から回動操作可能な回
動操作部を前記閉栓具に備え、前記回動操作部により前
記閉栓具を前記放散管の外方側に螺進操作するに伴っ
て、前記流体の放出を阻止し、前記放散管の内方側に螺
進操作するに伴って前記流体を前記放散管の外部に放出
可能にする流体放出部を設けている放散管の蓋板部材。
