Generally, stone monuments are installed outdoors. Therefore, when printed materials such as photographs, pictures, characters, and the like as described above are provided on the surface of the monument, consideration must be given to prevention of fading deterioration and water resistance. Is required, and the structure for protecting the printed display material tends to be complicated. In addition, since the stele is exposed to the outdoors for many years, it can be said that it is extremely difficult to prevent fading and deterioration semipermanently even with the above-described ultraviolet cut technology. There have been proposed a variety of idea products related to such monuments with photographs and pictures, but unfortunately, at present, they do not lead to much demand and widespread use. The present inventors have investigated the cause and found that, in addition to the reason that the technology for preventing quality deterioration such as discoloration described above is not sufficient, printed and / or printed materials made of different materials from stone materials on stone monuments such as tombstones and tomb magazines. When the is attached, lack of material harmony, make the viewer feel uncomfortable,
The fact that psychological factors such as the quality of tombstones and the like are not impaired has caused hesitation in the use of photographs and pictured monuments. In addition, when an image is added to a monument such as a tombstone, the idea was given that adding a function as a semi-permanent personal memory would increase added value. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and one of the objects is to provide a method in which a visual display such as a photograph, a picture, or a character is made of a different material from a stone body (stone). An object of the present invention is to realize a monument that is excellent in harmony with the monument, does not degrade the quality of the monument, guarantees semi-permanently the prevention of deterioration such as fading, and can enhance the visual display effect. It is another object of the present invention to make the image function as a semi-permanent personal memory through a monument such as a tombstone. Another object is to provide a high-quality quartz glass with an image which is useful as a display object of the above-mentioned stele and other various decorations and souvenirs.

The present invention is basically configured as follows to solve the above-mentioned problems. (1) One is for monuments such as gravestones, tombs, and monuments.
It is characterized in that a ceramic plate or a quartz glass plate in which image data such as photographs, pictures, characters and the like are transferred and baked with an inorganic pigment is attached to a surface of a stone material serving as a stone monument main body. The present inventors have conducted various studies and trials on a display body for enhancing the visual effect of photographs, paintings, characters, and the like on the surface (inscription surface) of a stone material serving as a main body of the stone monument. As a result, the display body was replaced with an inorganic pigment. By using a ceramic plate or a quartz glass plate transferred and baked, the problem of discoloration degradation can be solved even when exposed to the outdoors (the baking temperature of the inorganic pigment is, for example, 800 to 800 in the case of a porcelain plate or a quartz glass plate). High-temperature baking at 1300 ° C. is possible, and products baked at such a high temperature are characterized in that they do not fade or discolor semipermanently).
In addition, the material is very harmonious with the stone material constituting the main body of the stele, so that the viewer does not feel uncomfortable and can satisfy the texture, quality and visual aesthetics. Further, as an application example, the following stele is proposed. A stone monument in which the porcelain plate or the quartz glass plate is attached to the surface of the stone material (the monument main body) by a fitting or non-fitting type via a silicone resin adhesive. On the porcelain plate or the quartz glass plate, main display elements necessary for the stone monument are transferred and baked with inorganic pigments instead of stone carving. (2) Another is related to the above-described image printing technology for a quartz glass plate, in which one or both surfaces of the quartz glass are made cloudy or, instead, one or both surfaces of the quartz glass plate are made of a plain inorganic material. It is characterized in that a pigment is baked, and image data is transferred and baked on one surface of such quartz glass using an inorganic pigment. According to the above configuration,
A cloudy surface of quartz glass or a baked solid pigment (inorganic pigment) may be the ground below the baked image, or the back surface (where the back surface is the surface opposite to the image baked surface)
As a result, it was possible to suppress the light transmission of the printed image and realize a printed image without blurring.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a grave to which the present invention is applied, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are a perspective view showing a state immediately before the ceramic plate of FIG. 1 is mounted and a cross-sectional view after the mounting. In these figures, members indicated by reference numerals 1, 2, 3, and 4 transfer image data such as photographs, paintings, and characters with inorganic pigments.
A baked porcelain plate (porcelain plate), 5 is a baked image thereof, that is, a baked inorganic pigment. The printed image is obtained by performing image processing on all image data that can be copied, such as photographs, paintings, and characters, using a computer, transferring the image data to a ceramic plate (or quartz glass plate) using an inorganic pigment, and then 800 to 1300 ° C. It is fired in. A technique for transferring and printing a pattern onto a ceramic plate or quartz glass using an inorganic pigment is known, for example, from Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-318990. The present invention focuses on a new problem that the addition of a function as a semi-permanent personal memory enhances the added value when adding an image to a tombstone, since the tombstone will survive for generations. In order to make the prevention of fading and discoloration permanent, and to recognize that it is necessary to use a material that is in harmony with the stone monument and does not impair the dignity of the stone monument, we tried and pursued the material. As a result, they have found that a special transfer and baking technique using the above-mentioned inorganic pigment satisfies such a demand. The image-baked porcelain plate 1 is provided with a fitting hole 8a in a part of the tombstone 6, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), and fitted into the hole 8a, and a silicone resin adhesive 7, for example, one component Mounted using modified silicone sealing. The image data to be printed on the ceramic plate 1 is arbitrary, and examples thereof include paintings, photographs, pictures and illustrations related to the deceased. With respect to the ceramic plate 1, a radius is applied to each side of the front side surface to give an impression that the burn-in screen is displayed with a smooth line from a stone material. The image-baked porcelain plate 2 secures the area of the insertion hole 8b of the porcelain plate 2 in the tombstone 9 and uses the same silicone resin-based adhesive 7 as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b). Installed. A portrait photograph of a deceased person is transferred and baked on the image-baked porcelain plate 2 using an inorganic pigment 5, and the shape of the porcelain plate is not limited to a circle as shown in the figure, but may be any shape such as an ellipse or a square. In this example, a large number of fitting holes 8b are provided in the gravestone 9 so that portraits of successive deceased persons can be displayed through the ceramic plate 2 as family roots. Image data of the main display elements required for the tomb magazine, such as the name of the deceased, the date of death, and age, are transferred and printed on the image-baked porcelain plate 3 using the inorganic pigment 5 in the same manner as described above instead of the stone carving. It is attached to the tombstone 9 by a fitting type (or a non-fitting type) via a silicone resin adhesive. The family crest is transferred and baked on the image-baked porcelain plate 4 using the inorganic pigment 5, and is attached to a fitting hole provided in the tomb post 10 using a silicone resin-based adhesive. According to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained. (1) Even when a visual display such as a photograph, a picture, or a character is provided on a stone monument, the image data can be semi-permanently guaranteed without fading or discoloration in its original state, In combination with the characteristics of tombstones (stone monuments) that are protected for generations of families, the face and history of the deceased can be preserved semi-permanently without losing them. Therefore, even if data relating to personal photographs and histories that are easily weathered and are easily neglected over time can be stored as a semi-permanent personal memory unless long-term storage is special. In addition, the material can be very harmonious with the stone material constituting the main body of the stele, and can satisfy the texture, quality, and visual aesthetic without causing the viewer to feel uncomfortable. (2) When an image-baked porcelain plate or quartz glass is adhered to a stele using a silicone adhesive, the porcelain plate or quartz glass is compatible with the stele body (stone material) and has high elasticity. Even if a shock is applied, it absorbs the shock and enhances the impact resistance. Further, unlike the adhesive using cement (mortar material), no crack is generated, and the holding force of the ceramic plate or the quartz glass plate is semipermanently guaranteed, which contributes to realizing the effect (1). (3) Image printing on tomb magazines Regarding the ceramic plate 3, the main display elements required for monuments such as tomb magazines are transferred to a ceramic plate or quartz glass with inorganic pigments instead of stone carving and printed, giving a new sense of modernity. Stone monument was realized. Also, in this case, it is possible to meet a wide range of needs with any combination of characters, photographs, paintings, and the like. In addition, it is possible to construct a high-quality stele using the latest computer image processing technology without using the stone carving technology. (4) Even if the image data is applied to a monument exposed to the outdoors, it is baked at 800 to 1300 ° C, so that it is not damaged even if it is burned by mischief or pressed by a cigarette, and Since it has the property of not being easily scratched, it can be released from the fear of such mischief. FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a main display element formed on an inscription surface of a stone material constituting a tombstone 6 is replaced with a stone carving and an image printed ceramic plate 1 is used.
(Or an image-baked quartz glass). The image to be printed on the ceramic plate 1 may be any one of a painting, a photograph, and text, or an arbitrary combination thereof.
Also in the present embodiment, it is possible to realize a modern stone monument with a new sense, harmony with stones, and dignity instead of stone carving that requires craftsmanship. Further, it is possible to meet a wide range of needs with any combination of characters, photographs, paintings, and the like. FIG. 5 relates to another embodiment of the present invention, in which, for example, a quartz glass 11 in which an inorganic pigment relating to image data is baked on a tombstone 6 (or other various monuments) via an adhesive 7 is used. (Stone monument) 6 is provided with a through hole 12 for taking in light from behind the quartz glass plate 11. The fitting hole 8 of the quartz glass 11 is formed on the periphery of the opening of the through hole 12 for the sake of providing the through hole 12. According to the present embodiment, a novel visual angle effect can be given to a stone monument by giving an effect of transmitting light to an image formed on quartz glass. FIG. 6 shows an image-baked quartz glass 1
It is a longitudinal section showing other 1 example. FIG. 6A shows the image data of the above-mentioned paintings, photographs, characters, etc. transferred and baked on one surface (front side) of the quartz glass 11 with an inorganic pigment 5a, and the other surface (back side) is made of a plain inorganic material. The pigment 5b is transferred and baked. The plain inorganic pigment 5b is preferably a color that hardly absorbs light, such as white. In FIG. 6B, the image data is transferred and baked with the inorganic pigment 5a as the first layer (inner layer) on the back surface of the quartz glass 11 as the first surface (inner layer).
As a layer (outer layer), a plain, for example, white inorganic pigment 5b is transferred and baked. FIG. 6 (c) is opposite to FIG. 6 (b), in which the image data is transferred and baked with the inorganic pigment 5a as the first layer (inner layer) on the front side surface, and is solid as the second layer (outer layer). For example, a white inorganic pigment 5b is transferred and baked. According to these embodiments,
The inorganic pigment 5b serves as a base or lining for preventing light transmission of the quartz glass 11, thereby making it possible to give a viewing angle effect equivalent to that obtained by transferring and printing image data on a ceramic plate without blurring. 6 (a), (b) and (c)
In the former, the former will see the printed image in the bare state, and the latter will see the printed image through the glass, and by adopting either one, the impression of the visual effect can be changed , The range of choice of consumers can be expanded. Quartz glass is made by melting high-purity silica stone and silica sand, so its melting temperature is higher than normal glass and it has high temperature resistance. When transferring and printing image data using inorganic pigments However, baking at a high temperature of about 840 ° C. is also possible, and baking of an inorganic pigment semi-permanently guarantees discoloration and fading as well as baking of the pattern and color of a ceramic product. In addition, the embodiment of FIG. 6 can be used for various decorative purposes in addition to the stone monument. In particular, the effect of satisfying both the texture of quartz glass and clear printed image data without blurring can be obtained. Play. Further, in the embodiment of FIG. 6, an example in which a plain inorganic pigment is baked as a means for blurring a baked image applied to quartz glass is illustrated. However, instead of the inorganic pigment 5 b, as shown by reference numeral 13. Even if one surface (or both surfaces) of the quartz glass plate is made cloudy and image data is transferred and printed on one surface of the quartz glass using the inorganic pigment 5a, the same effect as in the embodiment of FIG. 6 can be obtained. The cloudy surface can be obtained as it is by leaving a cloudy film formed on the surface of the quartz glass at the time of sintering without removing it, that is, not polishing and finishing the glass surface.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, even if a visual display such as a photograph, a picture, or a character is made of a different material from the stone body (stone), the harmony with the stone is maintained. Excellent, without degrading the quality of the stone monument, and moreover, semi-permanently guaranteeing prevention of quality deterioration such as fading, and the visual display effect can be enhanced. Further, the image can be made to function as a semi-permanent personal memory through a monument such as a gravestone. According to the second aspect of the invention, it is possible to provide a high-quality quartz glass with an image which is useful as a display object of the above-mentioned stele and various other decorations and souvenirs.
