Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removal of a large number of rod-like mold members for molding smaller diametral through holes and exert no bad influence upon the growth of vegetables and also further prevent a concrete from being deteriorated. SOLUTION: In this device, a molding form, on the inner surface of a form main body 10 of which for forming the external shape of a concrete plate, a large number of a rod-like mold members 12 for molding the perforated portion of a concrete plate to be molded is projected, is employed so as to fill a concrete in the form main body 10 in order to steam-cure the concrete. In this case, a foaming resin material is used at least on the surface of each red like mold member 12 so as to apply a heavy oil on the surface of the foaming resin material and fill the concrete in order to steam-cure the resultant concrete, resulting in shrinking the foaming resin materials.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method of protecting a ground surface such as a dike from running water, there is a method of laying a concrete slab on the ground surface. In this method, since the ground surface is covered with concrete, the natural scenery is significantly impaired. In recent years, a method has been developed which satisfies both ground surface protection and greening.

[0003] A concrete slab having a large number of small-diameter through-holes opened on the front and back sides is one of the most effective means for protecting the river surface and revegetation at the same time as protecting the slopes. It is effective in retaining earth and sand carried by running water, growing plants, and regaining greenery.

[0004] In the production of a perforated concrete slab for protecting the ground surface and greening, conventionally, a tapered rod-shaped member having a draft on the inner surface of a formwork is projected, and an oil component is added thereto. There is a method in which concrete is cast by applying a release agent made of the above, and then solidified and then released.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The features of the present invention for solving the conventional problems as described above and achieving the intended purpose are as follows.
On the inner surface of the mold body for molding the outer shape of the concrete slab, a molding mold is used in which a number of bar-shaped mold members for forming a perforated portion of the concrete slab to be molded are protruded, and concrete is poured into the mold body. In the method for producing a perforated concrete plate for greening and ground surface protection after filling and steam curing, at least the surface of the bar-shaped mold member of the formwork is made of a foamed resin material, and the foamed resin material in the rod-shaped mold member is formed. After the application of heavy oil to the surface of the mold, the form body is filled with concrete and steam cured to shrink the foamed resin material.

The mold comprises a mold body having at least an inner surface made of a foamed resin material and a rod-shaped mold member having at least a surface made of a foamed resin material, wherein the inner surface of the mold body and the rod-shaped mold are formed. The surface of the member is coated with heavy oil and then filled with concrete. The mold is formed by integrally molding a bottom mold plate and a rod-shaped mold member with a foamed resin material at the bottom of a mold body made of a mold material. After applying heavy oil to the surface of the bottom mold plate and the rod-shaped mold member of the mold, concrete is filled, and the bottom of the mold body made of the mold material is provided with a perforated plate. Therefore, it is preferable to use a mold member having an irregular shape formed on the surface of the bottom mold plate of the mold member.

As described above, in the method for producing a perforated concrete plate for greening and ground surface protection according to the present invention,
On the inner surface of the mold body for molding the outer shape of the concrete slab, a molding mold is used in which a number of bar-shaped mold members for forming a perforated portion of the concrete slab to be molded are protruded, and concrete is poured into the mold body. In the method for producing a perforated concrete plate for greening and ground surface protection after filling and steam curing, at least the surface of the bar-shaped mold member of the formwork is made of a foamed resin material, and the foamed resin material in the rod-shaped mold member is formed. After applying heavy oil to the surface of the mold, the form body is filled with concrete, and the foamed resin material is shrunk by steam curing, so that the rod-shaped form and the concrete are formed by steam curing which is usually performed. And the removal of many rod-shaped members is facilitated.

Further, the resin material that has shrunk and melted remains in a state in which a part of the resin material adheres to the inner surface of the through hole of the concrete slab, and this becomes a state in which the inner surface of the through hole is coated. Suppresses elution and alleviates the adverse effects of alkali (such as calcium carbonate) on plants that grow in the through-holes,
Carbonation (neutralization) of the concrete is prevented, whereby deterioration of the concrete is suppressed, and deterioration of the quality of the concrete and generation of rust on the reinforcing steel in the concrete can be suppressed.
