Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To live a comforable life even in a house keeping a window close in summer by providing the inside surface of a building wall block with longitudinal projecting and recessed parts to form air grooves. SOLUTION: The inside surface (room side) of a building wall block are provided with longitudinal projecting and recessed parts to form projecting and recessed grooves 1. A house of a block building structure is constructed by using building wall blocks. Further, on the inside surface of the concrete building wall, projecting and recessed grooves are manufactured by working longitudinally extending from the underfloor to the ceiling to form projecting and recessed air grooves 1, and a concrete house is constructed. Some of air entering through an underfloor ventilation A of the house passes under the floor, and some passes through the projecting and recessed grooves 1, whereby heat accumulated in the projecting and recessed grooves 1 and between the block surface 2 and a veneer plate 7 is pushed up and discharged to the outside with hot air by a ceiling ventilation B. Thus, even in a house keeping the window closed in summer, a comfortable life can be led.
