[0007] The numerically controlled machine tool is equipped with a cutting tool such as an end mill. The relative motion between the cutting tool and the workpiece 4 set on the numerically controlled machine tool is determined by the position and speed based on three-dimensional data. It controls by numerical information such as, and executes a series of operations related to machining. The workpiece 4 is formed of a plastic or foamed plastic material suitable for cutting, such as wax-type resin, chemical wood, or hard foamed polyurethane, which is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped. Then, the numerically controlled machine tool cuts the workpiece 4 based on the three-dimensional data, forms a prototype 5 of the face model 2, and performs a casting method using a molding die 6 formed based on the prototype 5. The face model 2 shown in FIG. 2 is molded, that is, a liquid resin (a resin which is prepared so as to be cured after a certain period of time and has heat resistance after curing) is injected into a molding die 6, and after the liquid resin is cured, The mold is removed and the face model 2 is formed.

(7) Face photograph transfer step The transfer paper 8 is immersed in water or warm water, and the face photograph
Peel 10 off. Then, the face photographic film 10 is attached to the face model 2 such that the respective parts such as eyes, nose, and mouth in the face photograph 3 on the face photograph film 10 correspond to the respective parts of the face model 2 respectively. Note that a solvent such as ethylene glycol monobutyl ether may be applied to the surface of the face model 2 in order to enhance the adhesion with the transfer paper 8. Since the face photograph 3 in the face photograph coating 10 only shows a planar face, for example, the nose area of the face photograph 3 does not slightly correspond to the three-dimensional surface area of the nose of the face model 2. But face photo film 10
Is made of a synthetic resin film, so that it can be stretched by applying warm water. When applying the face photograph coating 10, while applying warm water to each part of the face photograph 3 in the face photograph coating 10 on the face model 2, The face photographic film 10 is slightly stretched and applied so as to correspond to the uneven shape of the model 2, such as the eyes, nose, and mouth. Also, in the face photograph 3 on the face photograph coating 10, the portion modified by image processing is applied so as to correspond to the side 2a of the face model 2 (top of head, temporal region, cheek, and lower chin). Attached. After the face photograph 3 is transferred to the face model 2 as described above, the face photograph 3 is air-dried, and then the adhesive is thermally cured on the back surface of the face photograph film 10 in an electric furnace, so that the face photograph film 10 is exposed to the face. Settle on model 2 (Fig. 1
reference). Thereafter, in order to protect the surface of the face model 2, a transparent coating agent is applied on the surface (the face photograph 3) of the face model 2 to form a protective film. Note that this coating agent is limited to one that does not dissolve the toner that forms the face photograph 3 on the face photograph film 10.

(8) Facial model decoration step An occipital model corresponding to the facial model 2 produced as described above
Prepare 11 The occipital model 11 is formed in advance in a size corresponding to the facial model 2 by a casting method, and is made of the same material as the facial model 2. And
The head model 12 is formed by bonding and integrating the flat portions on the back surfaces of the face model 2 and the occipital model 11 with an adhesive.
Then, as shown in FIG.

In summary, the present invention uses a 3D camera capable of simultaneously inputting three-dimensional shape data and image data.
Since the face was photographed with the D camera, it was possible to simultaneously obtain three-dimensional shape data and image data of various facial expressions such as a smiling face, a face with a wide open mouth, and the like at the time of photographing. Although the facial model 2 and the facial photograph 3 are three-dimensional and an image, their facial expressions match, so that the facial photograph 3 can be easily transferred to the facial model 2. Further, since the prototype 5 of the face model 2 is cut by a numerically controlled machine tool based on the three-dimensional shape data obtained in the photographing process, even a complicated shape such as a face can be easily and accurately performed. Can be processed. Further, since the face model 2 is formed by the casting method using the mold 6 formed based on the prototype 5, the face shape based on the three-dimensional shape data can be faithfully restored as a three-dimensional model. The face model 2 having the same shape can be mass-produced by the mold 6. Also, the image data obtained in the photographing process is image-processed so that the outline outside of the facial image 7 that has not been photographed is modified, and the facial photograph 3 based on the image data is printed on the transfer paper 8. In the face photograph 3, a portion corresponding to the side portion 2a of the face model 2 which is not actually photographed is supplemented, and the face photograph 3 is covered on the entire surface of the face model 2.
Can be transferred. In addition, since the face photographic film 10 peeled off from the transfer paper 8 was transferred to the face model 2, various facial expressions at the time of photographing were left as they were, for example, wrinkles of the face which could not be expressed by a conventional doll. The complexion can be expressed as it is.

Also, the costume body 13 is attached to the decorative body W, for example, the head model 12 in which the occipital model 11 is adhered and integrated to the face model 2 to which the face photographic film 10 is transferred. By attaching the costume costume W to the whole body model 15 in which the torso model 14 is attached to the model 12, it is possible to use it as a decoration of a strap or a key holder, or to enhance the added value of the face model 2 as a doll. The effect is enormous.
