2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a transfer sheet has been used to form a picture by printing on the surface of a housing interior material exterior material such as a furniture base material or a building member. The transfer sheet has a configuration in which a release layer / a pattern layer or a release layer / a pattern layer / an adhesive layer is sequentially laminated on a release sheet. Of these, a transfer sheet that can be transferred by heat and pressure is often used. In this method, first, a transfer sheet is manufactured, and the transfer sheet is placed on a substrate, which is an object to be transferred, on a pattern side of the transfer sheet or an adhesive layer. The peeling layer / pattern layer or the peeling layer / pattern layer / adhesive layer is transferred by heat and pressure to peel the peeling sheet.

In the case of a resin sheet having no heat resistance, such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, or polypropylene, as a release sheet, the resin can be stretched by heat and pressure. It is effective for transferring to a substrate having fine irregularities. At this time, it is necessary to use a release layer, a pattern layer, and an adhesive layer that have the property of extending. For this reason, polyvinyl butyral resin is often used as a resin for forming the release layer. On the other hand, when a heat-resistant release paper or polyethylene terephthalate sheet is used, since the paper or resin does not stretch due to heat, the base material as the transfer target is used for transferring to a base material having a smooth surface. In a method of manufacturing a transfer paper, a roll-shaped release sheet is usually wound using a gravure multicolor printing machine,
The release layer is printed with the first color, the picture layer is printed with the second and subsequent colors (1 to 3 colors), and if necessary, the adhesive layer is printed and wound up. During this time, each color is dried. As described above, it is often practiced to form each layer in-line when laminating each layer with the same printing machine.

However, when a polyvinyl butyral resin is used as a resin for forming a release layer and transfer paper is manufactured in-line with a gravure multicolor printing machine, a pattern layer is formed on the release layer by printing with a gravure ink. ,
Poor compatibility between the first color gravure ink and the release layer, the gravure ink does not transfer well to the release layer, the ink remains on the plate, and when printing the second color printing ink, 1
The printing ink printed with the color shifts toward the plate and the printing ink of the second color does not transfer, and the pattern is chipped, so-called "ink removal" phenomenon is observed, and the desired pattern layer is obtained. A problem arises that it cannot be done.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object in the present invention, first, in claim 1, a release layer / pattern layer or a release layer / pattern layer / adhesive layer is sequentially laminated on a release sheet. Wherein the release layer comprises a resin in which at least 10 to 30% by weight of an extender is mixed in a resin.

The release layer is made of a resin in which 10 to 30 parts by weight of an extender is mixed in a resin, particularly a polyvinyl butyral resin. It is considered that a boundary between the resin and the extender is formed, and the printing ink penetrates into this boundary, thereby improving the bite of the printing ink and eliminating ink removal.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. As the release sheet, a synthetic resin film such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate, or a conventionally known material such as paper or metal foil can be used. When a release paper or a polyethylene terephthalate sheet having good heat resistance is used, since the paper and the resin do not stretch due to heat, the substrate as the transfer object is used for transferring to a substrate having a smooth surface. On the other hand, in the case of resin sheets having no heat resistance, such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and polypropylene, the resin can be stretched by heat and pressure. Used to transfer to materials. At this time, it is necessary to use a release layer, a pattern layer, and an adhesive layer that have the property of extending.

When a release layer having a property that the film is stretched by heat and pressure is used, a polyvinyl butyral resin is preferable among the thermoplastic resins. It is preferable that an extender is mixed in the resin. The extender is a transparent pigment having a small refractive index, and is used to change the properties of the printing ink or as an extender, and inorganic alumina white, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, barium sulfate and the like are used. The mixing amount is 10 to 3 with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin.
0 parts by weight is good. If the amount is less than 10 parts by weight, there is no effect on ink removal. If the amount is more than 30 parts by weight, the fluidity of the ink deteriorates and the film becomes opaque. In addition, a surfactant or the like may be mixed.

The picture layer is formed by printing one or more colors with a gravure printing ink. The printing ink is obtained by mixing a coloring pigment in a resin, and further includes a surfactant. When a polyvinyl butyral resin is used for the release layer, it is preferable to use a polyvinyl butyral resin for the resin of the printing ink. This is because the adhesion to the release layer is good, and the adhesiveness is brought out by heat and pressure.

Each layer provided on the release sheet is usually
It is provided by inline printing with a gravure multicolor printing machine. Each layer may be provided separately. That is, the release layer is printed by a printing machine or applied by a coater and wound up. Next, the picture layer is printed by a gravure printing machine. If necessary, the adhesive layer is then printed on a printing press or coated with a coater and wound up.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. Example 1 An 80 μm thick vinyl chloride sheet (plasticizer 8) was used as a release sheet 2 using a gravure multicolor printing machine.
Parts by weight), the first color is printed with the ink for forming a release layer to form a release layer 3 having a thickness of about 1 μm, and the second and third colors are printed with the printing ink for forming a pattern layer to form a pattern layer 4. And
The transfer sheet 1 was wound up. The release layer forming ink was prepared by dissolving a polyvinyl butyral resin in an organic solvent (a mixed solvent of toluene, ethyl acetate and isopropyl alcohol) to obtain a 22% by weight solution. 15 parts by weight of barium sulfate as an extender was mixed with 100 parts by weight of the resin component of this solution. The printing ink for forming a pattern layer is mainly composed of a polyvinyl butyral resin and a coloring pigment. The transfer sheet 1 had no ink removal phenomenon.

Comparative Example As the release layer forming ink in Example 1, a polyvinyl butyral resin was dissolved in an organic solvent (a mixed solvent of toluene, ethyl acetate and isopropyl alcohol) to form a 22% by weight solution. A transfer sheet 1 was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that this solution to which no extender was added was used. The transfer sheet was deinked and a phenomenon was observed.
