Description of the Related Art A panoramic image block conventionally used is, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-85019, an outer peripheral surface formed round around an axis, an upper end surface, and a lower end surface. It consists of a barrel-shaped transparent body with an end face,
The outer peripheral surface is divided into an upper outer peripheral surface and a lower outer peripheral surface by a plane perpendicular to the axis, and the upper outer peripheral surface is formed as a refraction surface through which external light enters the transparent body.
The upper end surface is formed as a reflecting surface on which the light incident on the upper outer peripheral surface and traveling in the transparent body is reflected, and the light reflected on the lower outer peripheral surface and traveling on the transparent body is reflected again. The lower end surface is formed as a refraction surface on which light reflected by the upper end surface and traveling through the transparent body exits from the transparent body.

However, as shown in FIG. 6, among the lights connected to the target through the panoramic image block, there are also lights that have passed through a peculiar route, and such light such as flare becomes noise. In addition, even if the light is focused on the target via an appropriate route, the image is extremely reduced at the center of the image formed on the target, and is extremely enlarged at the periphery of the image. Becomes Furthermore, although the image becomes brighter overall due to the presence of flare, when a function of automatically closing the aperture is added, an important part of the acquired image that is not noise (hereinafter, referred to as “noise”).
It is described as the main part. In (2), the aperture is increased more than necessary, and it becomes difficult to perform predetermined image processing smoothly and promptly because the main part is darkened.

Only the deepest part is coated in a circle with black ink, and the upper light-shielding surface is further coated. As a result of performing the mirror surface treatment on the entire surface 1, a convex mirror facing the inside of the rotator and having a condensing portion 5 at the center is formed. On the other hand, the lower light-shielding surface 3 is uniformly bulged in a rounded state just like the side surface of a bowl, and only the inner edge of the lower light-shielding surface 3 is a ring having a uniform width with black ink. As a result of applying a mirror coating on the entire surface of the lower light-shielding surface 3, a concave mirror facing the inside of the rotating body and having a condensing portion 6 at the inner edge is formed.

However, a noise image due to forming an image on the target or a noise image due to excessive deformation due to refraction or reflection by a panoramic image block and difficulty in recognizing an object is removed when the image is formed on the target. In addition, the subsequent processing on the input image becomes easy.
Even if the light has passed through a predetermined route, it is unnecessary for a predetermined application, and if the processing speed is improved by removing the light, the peripheral edge of the lower light transmitting surface 4 as shown in FIGS. In some cases, the condensing portion 7 is formed by coating only the portion in a ring shape having a uniform width with black ink to cut off the unnecessary light, and the light is incident from outside the angle of view of the panoramic image block. In order to remove the light B that is going to be emitted from the lower light-transmitting surface 4 by repeating the reflection (in some cases, also reflecting on the upper and lower light-transmitting surfaces) as shown in FIG. Condenser 8 formed by coating the periphery of surface 1 in a ring shape having a uniform width with black ink
As shown in FIG. 7, a method may be employed in which the unnecessary light is prevented from being emitted from the lower light transmitting surface 4 by preventing reflection of the unnecessary light on the upper light shielding surface 1.
