Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a treatment capacity by agitating/moving-around/conveying in the opposite direction by outside agitation blades arranged to keep constant intervals between adjacent blades moving in the circumferential direction along a spire concentric with a rotary shaft and inside agitation blades. SOLUTION: Outside agitation blades 11, 11A and inside agitation blades 12, 12A are fitted to a front side agitation part A1 and a rear side agitation part A2 respectively to convey in the opposite direction. A lot of blades 11, 11A are fixed concentrically to a rotary shaft 10, and the adjacent blades 11, 11A are arranged at constant intervals along a prescribed spire. Saw dust and excrement in a tank 3, while being agitated/mixed locally, are moved around/ conveyed in the opposite directions to each other by the inside and outside agitation blades 11-12A. Accordingly, a treated materials in the tank 3 are mixed while being moved around/conveyed from both end parts to the middle and treated efficiently.

2. Description of the Related Art In order to treat waste organic matter such as human waste and livestock excreta and garbage, a device has been developed which introduces excreta and creatures into sawdust and stirs both the sawdust and excrement with microorganisms to decompose and treat the same. Have been. This device is used for nursing care toilets used by the elderly and handicapped, as temporary toilets temporarily installed for various events and emergency disasters, and widely used for general household to business use garbage disposal. It is used, does not require the use of water and does not smell, and the decomposed product of manure and garbage can be effectively used as compost and soil improvement material.

As an arrangement of the outer stirring blade and the inner stirring blade, for example, at least two or more inner and outer stirring blades are arranged in one spiral pitch, and these are continuously arranged along the rotation axis. Is mentioned. As a result, most of the waste organic matter and sawdust are circulated and mixed in each pitch while being stirred, and are then gradually transferred from the space between the blades to the adjacent pitch. Also,
The inner and outer stirring blades may be formed as spirals having at least one pitch or more, and the spirals may be continuous along the rotation axis. As a result, the waste organic matter and sawdust are circulated and transported in each spiral, and a part of the waste organic matter and sawdust is pushed out by the ends of the inner and outer stirring blades and transported into the adjacent spirals. Therefore, the organic waste can be cyclically transported along with the sawdust locally in the opposite direction along the rotation axis while traveling round the entire processing tank.

[0013] The treatment tank may be provided with a heating element with a temperature sensor that works to increase the decomposition treatment efficiency by maintaining the temperature in the tank at around 40 ° C where microorganisms live actively. This heating element is provided in order to promote the activation of microorganisms in a cold region where microorganisms are in a state of asphyxia at approximately 13 degrees or less, but is not necessarily required in a warm region of 13 degrees or more. .

By the excrement processing tank 3 thus configured, the excrement entering the processing tank is stirred with the sawdust in the continuously rotating stirring section A under the driving force of the motor 9. In this stirring state, the excrement is changed to the front stirring section A just below the opening.
In one pitch, the outer stirring blade 11 and the inner stirring blade 12 stir while transporting and circulating. Also,
The stool and toilet paper are gradually cut into small pieces while being cut or hooked by the cutting section 14 and guided into the sawdust.

When this is repeated, manure and sawdust are stirred and mixed in the entire front stirring section A1, and further, when the manure and sawdust in the front stirring section A1 are turned back from the center,
In the central portion, the sawdust is mixed with the sawdust in the rear stirring section A2, gradually moves to the rear stirring section A2, and is stirred and mixed in the stirring section while being transported and circulated in the same manner as the front stirring section A1.

That is, most of the excrement and the sawdust are locally concentrated and agitated and mixed, and then the agitated and mixed material is gradually transported and circulated along the direction of the rotation axis, and the range is gradually widened. Is transported and circulated in the entire agitating section A and agitated and mixed, so that the microorganisms can be decomposed and deodorized extremely efficiently. Further, the stool or toilet paper is cut by the cutting sections 14 and 14A, or the stool or toilet paper is cut and forcibly guided into the sawdust, so that the mixing of manure and sawdust is made more efficient.

In the above-described embodiment, the description has been made of the manure decomposition treatment tank 3 having one stirring section A. However, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the two stirring sections A, A are arranged in parallel. May be used as the manure decomposition treatment tank 3 '. In the case of the manure decomposition treatment tank 3 'having such a configuration, since the treatment tank is wider in the width direction than the above-described manure decomposition treatment tank 3, the height of the treatment tank can be reduced by the amount of the spread. it can. That is, as shown in the figure, the height of the treatment tank can be adjusted to the optimum height for the nursing toilet 1 'used by the handicapped and the elderly, which is extremely effective in responding to recent barrier-free use. The description of the same parts as those in the above-described example will be omitted.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the manure decomposition treatment tank 3 'having such a configuration is extremely suitable for use in a pet toilet 1''used indoors. That is, even if it is not clear where the excreta is excreted in the toilet like a dog or a cat, the efficiency is not reduced because most of the excrement is locally stirred and mixed, and the excrement area can be secured widely.

Although the present embodiment has been described as an apparatus for decomposing manure, it is also possible to use an apparatus for decomposing garbage not only for manure. When this decomposition apparatus is used for garbage, most of the garbage and sawdust are locally concentrated and mixed by stirring, and cut by a cutting unit to be finely divided. It is extremely efficient when processing garbage that contains more stiffness than toilet paper.

Most of the waste organic matter is locally stirred and mixed with the sawdust, and the area is gradually widened little by little along the direction of the rotation axis, and finally conveyed around the entire processing tank. It can be expected to improve the efficiency of activating microorganisms. Moreover, since the resistance of the agitating section to sawdust is small, the cost of electricity is reduced, which is extremely economical.
