Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid from flowing down along the surface of a liquid injection pipe when a container is returned to be vertical by placing the liquid injection pipe and a vent pipe having an inner peripheral face formed of a water-repellent resin layer through a lid and by making the liquid injection pipe larger than the vent pipe in size. SOLUTION: A lid 3 detachably provided on an upper open face of a container body 1 is detachably equipped with a liquid injection pipe 4 with a water- repellent resin layer coated inside, and a vent pipe 5 with a water-repellent layer coated inside is placed at a position distant from the liquid injection pipe 4 via a rubber layer 7 through a holding part 6. An inner diameter of the pipe 4 is larger than that of the pipe 5, while a silicon rubber cap 9 having a small vent hole is attached to a tip of the vent pipe 5. When injection is finished and the container body is returned to be vertical, air rapidly flows in from a side of the pipe 4 since a negative pressure exists inside the container, thereby taking the liquid into the container body 1.

2. Description of the Related Art When pouring a viscous liquid such as soy sauce, sauce or oil, the liquid may drop from the outside of a pouring pipe after pouring. Many proposals have conventionally been made to solve this problem. For example, as described in JP-A-8-266386, a coating of a water-repellent material such as a silicone resin is formed on the lower surface of the tip of a liquid injection pipe formed by swelling on a part of a side wall of a container body. Those formed are known.

However, according to the above proposal, the water-repellent coating prevents the liquid dripping on the lower surface of the tip of the liquid injection pipe from flowing along the pipe surface, and drops the liquid as a water droplet to a predetermined position. Although it was possible, it was not possible to sufficiently prevent dripping.

According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, when the container is returned vertically after pouring out the liquid in the container, the pressure in the container is negative with respect to the atmospheric pressure. Then, air enters the container through the injection pipe 4 having a large inner diameter. Therefore, the liquid remaining in the injection pipe 4 is drawn into the container, and does not spill out of the outlet of the injection pipe. At this time, since the water-repellent resin layer is formed on the inner peripheral surfaces of the liquid injection pipe 4 and the ventilation pipe 5, the liquid does not remain in the liquid injection pipe 4 and the ventilation pipe 5. In addition, if the liquid injection pipe 4 and the ventilation pipe 5 are formed detachably with respect to the lid, even if these pipes are clogged with dirty liquid, they can be removed from the lid 3 and removed for cleaning or replacement. . Further, since a silicon rubber cap having a ventilation hole is provided at the end of the ventilation pipe 5, when the liquid is clogged, the cap can be cleaned or replaced.

A liquid injection pipe 4 is provided integrally or detachably on the lid 3, and a water-repellent resin 4a is coated on the inside. The lid 3 has a holding portion 6 having an opening 6a provided at a position separated from the liquid injection pipe 6, and a rubber layer 7 is press-fitted into the holding portion 6. The rubber layer 7 is provided with a ventilation hole 7a at the center, and the ventilation pipe 5 is inserted into the hole 7a. A water-repellent resin layer 5a such as silicon is provided inside the pipe of the air pipe 5. Coated. The injection pipe 4 and the ventilation pipe 5 are detachably inserted through the cover 3 directly or indirectly by screwing or press-fitting or other means. The injection pipe 4 is made of metal or plastic and protrudes from the upper surface of the lid 3 and has one end curved outward. The ventilation pipe 5 is formed of a metal or plastic into a straight tubular shape, and is indirectly screwed or pressed into the opening 6a of the tubular holding portion 6 fixed to the lid 3 via the rubber layer 7 as described above. Are fitted. The inner diameter of the liquid injection pipe 4 is formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the ventilation pipe 5, and has a thickness suitable for pouring a liquid such as soy sauce. As shown in FIG. 3, a silicone rubber cap 9 is press-fitted or screwed into the tip of the liquid injection pipe 4 and has an air passage 9a so as to be permeable.

When a liquid such as soy sauce is put into the liquid pouring container constructed as described above, the lid 3 is rotated via the screw portion 3a, removed from the container main body 1, and the liquid reservoir in the container main body 1 is removed. 2. Put liquids such as soy sauce, sauce and oil in 2. Thereafter, the lid 3 is screwed or fitted into the container body 1 to close the upper surface. In addition, the liquid may be injected by removing the rubber layer 7 from the holder 6 and injecting the liquid from the opening 6 a of the holder 6.

When pouring a liquid such as soy sauce into a predetermined place,
The container body 1 is tilted and the liquid is poured from the tip of the liquid injection pipe 4. At this time, since the inside diameter of the ventilation pipe 5 is smaller than the inside diameter of the liquid injection pipe 4, the inside of the container becomes a negative pressure due to the discharge of the liquid. However, since air gradually enters from the ventilation pipe 5, the liquid can be smoothly poured out.

Further, when the liquid is completely discharged and the container main body 1 is turned upright, the inside of the container is negative pressure, so that the air rapidly enters from the liquid injection pipe 4 having a large inner diameter, and the air is injected. The liquid is sucked back into the container body 1 from the outlet of the liquid pipe 4 and is drawn into the container without spilling out of the inlet of the liquid pipe to the outside. This means that the lower the pressure in the container with respect to the atmospheric pressure, the stronger the liquid is drawn into the container. In the present invention, since the water-repellent resin layer 4a is formed on the inner periphery of the liquid injection pipe 4, the liquid is made water-repellent, and the liquid is sucked into the container without remaining in the liquid injection pipe 4, and Spills to the outside can be more reliably prevented. In this case, even when the liquid adheres to the ventilation pipe 5, the liquid can be similarly sucked and dropped into the container by the water-repellent resin layer 5a.

On the other hand, when dirt such as clogging of liquid occurs inside the ventilation pipe 5, these pipes 5 can be removed from the lid 3 and cleaned or replaced with a new one. Further, the pipe 5 may be removed together with the rubber layer 7, or only the silicone rubber cap 9 provided at the upper end of the pipe 5 may be removed as shown in FIG.

According to the present embodiment, the inner diameter of the liquid injection pipe 4 is set to be 3 to 10 times larger than the inner diameter of the ventilation pipe 5, and the inside of the container is set to a negative pressure when the liquid is injected. At the returning stage, the air is rapidly introduced from the liquid injection pipe 4 side, so that the liquid is also drawn into the container and does not spill out from the liquid outlet. In addition, since the water-repellent resin layers 4a and 5a made of silicon or the like are formed on the inner circumference of the pipes 4 and 5, no liquid remains in the pipes 4 and 5. Further, since the pipes 4 and 5 can be attached to and detached from the lid 3, cleaning and replacement can be easily performed by using various kinds of pipes 4 and 5 having an arbitrary diameter. be able to. Further, since the silicon rubber caps 9 and 10 are inserted into the end of the ventilation pipe 5 so as to be able to ventilate, the silicon rubber caps 9 and 10 may be removed and only cleaning may be performed.

As described above, in the liquid pouring container of the present invention, the inner diameter of the liquid injection pipe detachably provided on the lid is larger than the inner diameter of the air hole pipe. It does not fall into the container and spill out. Further, since the water-repellent resin layer is formed on the inner peripheral surface of each pipe, no liquid remains in the pipe. Further, since the silicon cap is provided on the vent of each pipe or the liquid injection pipe, cleaning and replacement can be easily performed.
