子量は、50万以下が好ましい。これらの硫酸多糖は、
腸内環境改善作用、抗血液凝固作用、軟骨の弾性、強度
維持作用等を有することが知られているが、毛穴収縮作
用を有することは全く知られていなかった。

温度は3〜70℃、抽出時間は12時間〜14日間が好
ましい。
