2. Description of the Related Art A boiler panel is manufactured by arranging heat transfer tubes in parallel at regular intervals, arranging a steel plate between the tubes, and filling the heat transfer tubes with the steel plate. The steel plate is called a fin because it serves to connect the heat transfer tubes, radiate the heat of the heat transfer tubes, and transfer the received heat to the heat transfer tubes. Such a boiler panel constitutes a furnace wall of the boiler, and the upper end of the boiler panel is connected to a header with independent heat transfer tubes. The heat transfer tube from the top of the boiler panel to the header is called a support tube. This support tube is suspended and supported from above.

FIG. 3 is a view showing a conventional support pipe support device. 4 is a sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. 3, and FIG.
It is a Y sectional view. The support tubes 1 are connected to the header 2, and each support tube 1 is supported by a support device 3. The support device 3 includes two support plates 4 provided on both sides of the support tube 1, two connection plates 6 connecting the support plates 4 on both sides of the support tube 1, and a stopper welded to the support tube 1. It has a metal fitting 5 and a pin 7 for connecting the support plate 4 at the upper part, and a hanging member (not shown) is attached to the pin 7. The stopper fitting 5 is welded to the center of both sides of the support tube 1 in parallel with the support plate 4 as shown in FIG. With this structure, the load of the support tube 1 is transmitted from the stopper fitting 5 to the joint plate 6 and transmitted from the joint plate 6 to the support plate 4.

All the loads on the support tube 1 are applied to the stopper fitting 5, and this load gives the stopper fitting 5 bending moment and surface pressure. These loads are applied to the welded portion between the stopper fitting 5 and the support tube 1. However, since the welding line is short and a bending moment is applied, when the load is increased, the stress applied to the welded portion becomes excessive. In this case, the thickness of the stopper fitting 5 is increased and the welding area is increased. However, if the thickness is 1.5 times or more the thickness of the support pipe, a problem occurs in terms of thermal stress. Also, since the support tube 1 and the support device 3 are not joined, the support device 3 is easily rotated with respect to the support tube 1 during installation,
Installation takes time.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the support tube is sandwiched between two support plates, each of which is a flat plate and whose lower part is formed into an arcuate curved surface along the support tube. Then, the lower curved surface portion is arranged along the support pipe, and the periphery is joined by welding, a pin is attached to the upper portion, and the pin is hung.

[0007] Since the support tube is wrapped from both sides by a support plate having a curved surface along the curved surface of the support tube and the periphery thereof is joined by welding, the bending moment is hardly applied to the support plate.
Since the welding line can be long, the stress generated at the welded portion can be reduced. Further, since the support plate and the support tube are directly connected, the support tube and the support plate do not rotate during installation, and the installation is easy.

The support device 13 includes two support plates 14 sandwiching the support tube 1, and a lower portion of the support plate 14 has a curved surface portion 15 along the curved surface of the support tube 1. A slit 16 is provided in the support tube axis direction of the curved surface portion 15. The periphery of the curved portion 15 and the periphery of the slit 16 are provided with a welding line 18 as shown in FIG. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, since the joining is performed by six welding lines in the axial direction of the support pipe 1, a sufficient welding area can be obtained, and the stress generated at the welding portion can be reduced. Further, since the curved surface portion 15 of the support plate 14 is attached so as to surround the support tube 1 and the periphery thereof is joined by welding, the bending moment from the support tube 1 is hardly applied to the support device 13. In addition, the top of the support plate 14 is joined by a pin 17 and is suspended by the pin 17 from an upper structure (not shown).

[0012] The welding is a fillet welding, which is a star from the point a in FIG. 1 (B) and continues to the same position on the rear side. On the way, the slit 16 overlaps with the slit 16 in FIG. At such points a and b, the bead is smoothly finished so as to have a concave surface. Since almost no bending moment is applied to the support device 14, a uniform shear stress is applied to the welded portion, and no large stress is generated. When the load is small, the slit 16 need not be provided.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the support tube is sandwiched between two support plates, and the lower part thereof is curved so as to follow the support tube. Since the joining is performed by welding, bending moment is not applied to the support device, and a shear force is applied almost uniformly to the welded portion, so that the generated stress can be reduced. Further, by providing a slit in the curved surface portion and welding the periphery thereof, it is possible to increase the welding area and reduce the stress at the welded portion. In addition, since the support tube and the support device are directly welded, the support tube does not rotate during installation, and the installation is facilitated.
