2. Description of the Related Art Hitherto, in athletic shoes used for sports with abrupt movements, for example, soccer shoes, it is frequently repeated that a ball is kicked violently or a ground is accidentally kicked up during play. Each time, a load is applied that causes the toes of the upper to be severely deformed and the toes to separate from the soles. Therefore, in the conventional soccer seeds, it is necessary to increase the bonding strength between the toe portion of the upper and the sole of the shoe as much as possible. Further, in order to ensure good ball control and kicking force against the ball, it is desired that the toe portion of the upper has good shape retention.

As described above, according to the present invention, a molding gap is formed between the upper and the upper skin at the toe of the shoe body, and a shoe sole made of synthetic resin is injection-molded on the shoe body. Since the synthetic resin is injected into the molding gap through the through hole of the hanging portion and the toe cap is molded in the molding gap, the toe cap molded in the molding gap is formed. The toe cap and the sole of the shoe sole are formed in a state in which the toe cap and the sole of the shoe are integrated with each other through a member that fills the through-hole portion, and is entirely adhered between the upper and the reinforcing skin. Therefore, the toe cap is integrated with the toe of the shoe sole via the member of the through hole, and is molded as a member to be fitted with the toe of the shoe body, and the curved shape of the toe of the upper in the shoe body is formed. By keeping the shape as it is, the rigidity and shape retention of the toe of the upper can be greatly improved. Therefore, when the above structure is adopted for a soccer shoe, good ball control is possible, and a kick force on the ball can be efficiently exhibited. Further, since the toe cap firmly couples the upper of the toe and the sole of the toe to which a relatively large load is applied, through a member filling the through-hole, the upper of the toe and the sole of the synthetic resin. It is possible to avoid the problem that the toes are peeled off, and to greatly improve the durability of the toe portion.

According to the method for manufacturing athletic shoes of the present invention, a molding die is mounted on the bottom surface of the shoe body and the synthetic resin shoe sole is injection molded, and at the same time, the injected resin passes through the through holes and the communication grooves. Then, it is injected and filled into a molding gap formed between the upper skin of the toe and the reinforcing skin, and the toe cap can be molded in the molding gap. Therefore, at the same time as forming the shoe sole on the bottom surface of the shoe main body, the toe cap made of synthetic resin was molded in a state of being incorporated between the upper skin of the toe portion and the reinforcing skin, and the toe portion was reinforced with the toe cap. Athletic shoes can be manufactured efficiently. Further, the toe cap formed as described above is formed as a member to be fitted on the toe portion of the shoe main body by being formed in a state of being completely adhered between the upper skin and the reinforcing skin of the toe portion, Since the curved shape of the toe portion of the upper of the shoe body in the shoe body can be maintained as it is, the shape retention and strength of the toe portion of the shoe body can be effectively improved. Furthermore, since the toe cap firmly couples the upper of the toe and the sole of the toe to which a relatively large load is applied, via a member that fills the through hole, the upper of the toe and the sole of the synthetic resin. Can be avoided.

Further, when the mold is mounted on the bottom surface of the shoe body, the outer periphery of the bottom surface of the shoe body and the mold are strongly press-fitted to maintain the tightness of the molding gap. The portion communicating with the gap is crushed, and it becomes difficult to inject the resin into the molding gap. However, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, even when the crimping force of the molding die is applied to the outer periphery of the bottom surface of the shoe main body as described above, the communication groove for connecting the through hole and the molding gap has a flow of the injected resin. Since it is secured as a path, the resin can be smoothly injected from the through hole into the molding gap, and the toe cap can be reliably molded using the molding gap.
