Even if a transport vehicle such as a wheelchair is brought in on rubble or burnt marks, a stable running path cannot be secured, and it is almost always difficult to use it. If a wheelchair can be used, one rescuer can act frequently on a single victim simply by pulling it, but at present, even the simplest stretcher requires two or more people, and The effort involved is far greater than that of a wheelchair. Therefore, at the initial rescue site where personnel and equipment are not ready, the rescuer's activities are severe and severe, and there is a risk of secondary damage. Furthermore, in view of the fact that the results of lifesaving are affected by the rescue activities in this early stage, how to effectively utilize the minimum manpower has been an urgent and important issue in humanitarian situations.

Also, during the initial rescue phase, there is no confirmation of the presence of any victims in the collapsed rubble, so there is a hesitation in introducing large machinery and intensive input of many people. Even on burnt terrain or irregular rubble, the rescuer can easily and frequently transport the victim with the minimum capacity of one rescuer. The transport tool can contribute to this problem to a considerable extent.

Therefore, a normal wheelchair cannot travel stably on rough terrain such as a disaster area. For this reason, unicycles are most advantageous for this condition. Further, it is sufficient to secure a runway for one wheel. For example, by laying a road plate, it is possible to easily secure the stability of the road surface.
In addition, the influence on the feet is only three points, that is, both feet of the rescuer and one wheel of the carrier, so that the influence can be minimized.

Unlike a wheelchair with a plurality of wheels, a unicycle is only subjected to simple up and down movements on uneven terrain, and the victim's body does not roll sideways. Also, the wheelchair can be secured by a plurality of rescuers from both sides in cooperation, or another person can secure and lift the wheels to function as a stretcher. According to this cooperative action, not only rubble and burn marks, but also stairs of buildings can be raised and lowered and used for crossing rivers. This wheelchair can be folded during normal times and stored in the trunk of a car,
The assembling operation is also very simple. It is also usually useful for carrying luggage.

In addition, even in the majority of households that do not have a means of transportation outside of vehicles that cannot be used at the time of the disaster, it is necessary to consider the provision of emergency transport equipment as if it were a fire extinguisher, especially for elderly people, children and sick people. It is an essential fixture for homes. It is clear that the presence of rescue vehicles has a significant impact on rescue at the site of early rescue, when systematic rescue is immature. In this reality, there is no other instrument than the present invention that can achieve rescue alone by scattering rubble, burn marks, or flooded road surface.

Lifesaving of injured victims is a top priority, and optimism about the arrival of rescue squads is not allowed. The humanitarian social contribution of this mobile device, which can transport these people only by human beings in a devastated disaster site, is immense.
