Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and to facilitate metal plate and coil mounting works by forming a metal plate terminal structure having a U-shaped folded part by using a hollow insulating case with a terminal board constituted by integrating an insulating board and the terminal board. SOLUTION: In a hollow insulating case 1 with a terminal board, an insulating stand 2 is integral with the terminal board 10, and a coil 40 and a circuit element are directly wired to an internal connection extended part 33 of a metal board terminal 30 by using the terminal 30 having a U-shaped folding part 31 easily mountable at a plate-like visor part 12 of the board 10. In this case, a nut 26 is dropped in the part 12 of the board 10, the part 31 of the terminal 30 is press injected, and a screw member 25 is engaged with the nut 26 from above the terminal 3. Further, a circuit element such as a capacitor is contained in a containing recess 4 inside the stand 2, and lead wires of the element are connected to the part 33 of the terminal 30.

However, since the conventional board-type noise filter uses a land pattern when constructing a circuit, the area of the land pattern must be increased for a product having a large current specification. In addition, there is a disadvantage that the size of the substrate must be increased. In addition, since the wiring terminals of each element are soldered to the board for each terminal, there are disadvantages that not only the number of mounting locations and the number of steps are increased, but also the amount of solder used is increased.

In addition, since the wiring terminals of each element excluding the coil are soldered on the back surface of the substrate, an insulation distance is required between the substrate type noise filter and the user's housing when used by a user. Therefore, labor such as mounting another component for securing insulation is required. In addition, there is a space on the side surface of the insulating stand with legs on which the coil is mounted, and there is a disadvantage that a distance between components to be mounted adjacently when used in a user housing is required. Further, since the circuit element except for the coil is mounted on the substrate and the coil is mounted on the insulating stand with legs as shown in FIG. 8, there is a disadvantage that two structural parts are used. Further, there is a disadvantage that the wiring terminal of the coil placed on the insulating stand with legs must be bent after passing through the vertical groove and connected to the external connection terminal.

The terminal block 10 has a plurality of plate-shaped eaves 12 separated from each other by plate-shaped insulating walls 11 extending in the vertical direction on the side of the insulating block 2. The plate-shaped eave portion 12 is a portion to which the metal plate terminal 30 is attached, and as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 5, a polygonal member such as a hexagon nut into which a screw member (screw) 25 is screwed is provided on the upper surface of the plate-shaped eave portion 12. A nut arrangement recess 13 for fitting and preventing the nut 26 from rotating is formed, and the nut 26 is housed and arranged therein. A through hole 14 is formed in the center of the nut arrangement recess 13 of the plate-shaped eave portion 12 so that the screw member 25 can pass therethrough. Also, the metal plate terminal 30
A rib-shaped guide 15 is formed on the insulating wall 11 in a direction perpendicular to the plate-shaped eaves 12 so that the plate-shaped eaves 12 can be smoothly attached to the plate-shaped eaves 12. Is set slightly larger than the plate thickness of the metal plate terminal 30.

As shown in FIG. 5, the metal plate terminal 30 has a U-shaped bent portion 31 fitted on the plate-shaped eave portion 12 on the external connection side, and is folded back to the upper surface side of the plate-shaped eave portion 12. The portion serves as a tongue-shaped external connection portion 32. Also, the metal plate terminal 30
Is extended from a side of the U-shaped bent portion 31 that passes through the lower surface of the plate-shaped eave portion 12 and integrally has an internal connection extension portion 33. Further, the metal plate terminal 30 has a U-shaped bent portion 31.
Of the convex portion 34 protruding in the width direction of the U-shaped bent portion 3
1, and is preferably in a sawtooth shape so that the projection 34 is easily inserted into the plate-shaped eaves 12 and difficult to remove. The convex portion 34 functions so that when the metal plate terminal 30 is press-fitted into the plate-shaped eave portion 12, the metal plate terminal 30 is caught by the insulating wall 11 and does not easily fall off. The U-shaped bent portion 31 has a through hole 35 through which the screw member 25 screwed to the nut 26 passes.

The mounting of the metal plate terminal 30 to the terminal block 10 is performed in the following procedure. First, the polygon nut 26 is connected to the terminal block 10.
The metal plate terminal 30 is inserted using the gap T between the guide end of the guide 15 and the plate-shaped eave portion 12, and the U-shaped bent portion 31 is placed in the plate-shaped eave portion 12. Press in so as to pinch. At this time, the convex portion 34 protruding in the width direction of the U-shaped bent portion 31 is in contact with the insulating wall 11 partitioning each plate-shaped eave portion 12 (has been caught), and the metal plate terminal 30 is connected to the plate-shaped eave portion 12. From falling off easily. Furthermore, the metal plate terminal 30
The screw member 25 is screwed into the nut 26 through the through hole 35 from above, so that the tip end of the screw member 25 enters the through hole 14 of the plate-shaped eave portion 12. As a result, the metal plate terminal 30 is mounted on the terminal block 10 without falling off. Although only one metal plate terminal 30 is illustrated in FIG. 1, the metal plate terminal
0 is attached.

The U-shaped bent portion 31 of the metal plate terminal 30
Is an arrangement in which the plate-shaped eaves 12 are sandwiched, and the upper side is a tongue-shaped external connection portion 32 (portion to which a line end such as a power supply line into which a noise filter is inserted) is connected.
5 with the head of the screw member 25 and the external connection portion 3 loosened.
It is a structure that can be connected by inserting the line end between the two and then tightening the screw member 25. Note that a structure in which a spring, a washer, or the like is attached to the screw member 25 as necessary may be employed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the extension 33 for internal connection of the metal plate terminal 30 after being attached to the terminal base 10 is formed sufficiently longer than the external connection part 32 in the form of a tongue. It extends linearly into the storage recess 4 inside 2. This is for the convenience of the connection of the lead wire 41 of the coil 40 and the connection of the circuit element 45, and in order to maintain the insulation distance between adjacent terminals, the extension of the internal connection extension 33 rather than the U-shaped bent portion 31. The width is narrow.

As described above, according to the noise filter of the present invention, a hollow insulating case with a terminal block is used, in which the insulating table and the terminal block are integrally formed of plastic or the like. It is possible to simplify the configuration with fewer components than the board type, work with less man-hours, and obtain a noise filter that is less expensive than in the past. In addition, the use of the metal plate terminal having the U-shaped bent portion and the extension portion for the internal connection makes it possible to greatly reduce the number of wiring locations and soldering locations. In addition, the use of a hollow insulating case with a terminal block and a bottom insulating cover that covers the bottom surface facilitates the design and manufacture of a small-sized and large-current device.
