SOLUTION: A packaging bag having a gas barrier property is filled with a cataplasm together with an oxygen scavenger, sealed, and the cataplasm is stored. Alternatively, an oxygen-permeable layer (1) made of an oxygen-permeable thermoplastic resin and an oxygen-absorbing resin composition obtained by mixing a deoxidizer composition with a thermoplastic resin are provided on at least a part of a packaging bag having gas barrier properties. A packaging bag in which an oxygen-absorbing multilayer film in which each layer of an oxygen-absorbing layer (2) and a gas barrier layer (3) made of a gas-barrier material is sequentially laminated is disposed with the oxygen-absorbing layer (1) inside the packaging bag. Use to store the cataplasm. [Effect] It is possible to prevent oxidation of the active ingredients such as the plaster and essential oil component of the poultice, prevent discoloration of the plaster surface and decrease of the medicinal effect, and allow the poultice to be stored for a long period of time.

Widely used for muscle pain, joint pain, fracture pain, etc. Previously, paste-form preparations were spread on lint cloth or the like before use, then covered with a waterproof cloth, oil paper, or a polyolefin-based film, and then applied to the affected area. The mixture is mixed with a plaster base mainly composed of a water-soluble polymer with high water retention, spread on a support such as a non-woven fabric, and the plaster surface is covered with a polyolefin-based plastic film. Molded cataplasms, which are cut into preparations and can be easily applied to the affected area, have become mainstream.

Examples of the active ingredient include dl-camphor, mint oil, borneol, eucalyptus oil, or l-menthol, which have a local stimulating action, and salicylic acid derivatives such as methyl salicylate and glycol salicylate, which are absorbed percutaneously to exhibit anti-inflammatory analgesic action, and ketoprofen. is there. Formulations containing these are called cold sensation types in anticipation of the cooling effect of water, and are widely used for acute inflammatory diseases. On the other hand, since the pepper extract or the nonylate wanirilamide stimulates the warming point of the skin, a preparation containing them is generally called a warming type and is used for chronic diseases or inflammatory diseases after remission of swelling. More recently, there is a cataplasm as a cosmetic preparation containing vitamin E, a fragrance, and a pigment having a cosmetic effect.

In recent years, however, molding cataplasms have become mainstream, and in many cases, they have been hermetically packaged with a gas and water vapor barrier film such as an aluminum foil laminated film to prevent moisture absorption or drying. However, although it is possible to prevent moisture absorption or drying in the packaging form, it is oxidized by oxygen in the packaging bag or a little oxygen mixed into the mixture when the medicine is mixed with the plaster, and discoloration and There is a problem that the medicinal effect is reduced.

However, even if the packaging bag can prevent moisture absorption or drying of the preparation, it is oxidized by oxygen in the packaging bag or oxygen entering when the active ingredients such as powdered chemicals and essential oil components are mixed into the plaster. However, there is a problem that discoloration of the preparation and reduction of the medicinal effect occur.

A method for filling, sealing and storing a cataplasm in a packaging bag having a gas barrier property, wherein at least a part of the packaging bag having the gas barrier property comprises an oxygen-permeable thermoplastic resin. Each layer of a permeable layer (1), an oxygen-absorbing layer (2) made of an oxygen-absorbing resin composition in which an iron-based oxygen-absorbing composition is mixed with a thermoplastic resin, and a gas barrier layer (3) made of a gas-barrier material are sequentially laminated. A method for preserving a cataplasm, comprising a packaging bag formed of an oxygen-absorbing multilayer film and having the oxygen-permeable layer (1) disposed inside the packaging bag.
