ベルト等８で取りつけて使用するが、筒に溜まった雨水
の取り出し時、又は晴天時に邪魔になれば取り外すこと
になる。そこで、その都度取り外し・取りつけする手間
を省くこと及び使用しない時は邪魔にならないように、
図１０及び図１１のようにシート背面を凹にして、雨傘
の入れる筒１を取り付けるとともに、雨水を排出する管
