With the increase in size of refrigerators, the importance of controlling the temperature of foods stored in refrigerators (storage rooms) has been emphasized. Since the temperature distribution in the room becomes worse, more precise temperature control is required. However, since the conventional refrigerator is configured as described above, the food placed in the door pocket is exposed to the outside air (warm air) of the refrigerator every time the door is opened, and the food temperature rises to near the outside air temperature. Even if the door is closed, it is not easy to cool down. In addition, the door pocket is the easiest to read and put in foods and the like, and it is a space that is easy to see, but it is a space with a high temperature rise and poor preservation, so the stored food is limited to bottles and other things that can be stored effectively. Will be done. In addition, if food is placed in the door pocket, it will fall down due to the centrifugal force when the door is opened and closed, so that it cannot be stacked and stored above the height of the door pocket, creating a dead space. was there. In particular, the refrigerator compartment has a problem that the doors are opened and closed more frequently than the freezer compartment, and the temperature rise when the door is opened is large, resulting in poor storage stability. The present invention
The purpose of the present invention is to solve such a problem by preventing the temperature of the door pocket of the refrigerator compartment from rising, improving the refrigerator compartment temperature immediately after opening and closing the door, and improving storage efficiency. I have.

However, it is needless to say that the larger the width of the notch 50 is, the more the cool air accumulated in the upper door pocket 16 flows into the ventilation duct 20. Although the notch 50 has a notch shape, the upper door pocket 16
The height of the back surface may be lower than A, and the entire width of the back surface may be lower than the height A of the front surface.

FIGS. 8 and 9 are cross-sectional views of a main part near the lower door pocket 17 when the refrigerator is viewed from above. 1 is a refrigerator door, 2
7 is a step provided on the back surface of the inner plate 15, 18a and 18b are sliding door-type lids that slidably close the front surface of the substantially closed space portion 19, 18a is inside the refrigerator, and 18b is substantially on the closed space side. Is provided. 15 is a handle for opening and closing the lids 18a, 18b provided on the lids 18a, 18b.
49 is foodstuffs stored in the substantially closed space portion 19, and 28 is a shelf contact prevention rib provided in the lower door pocket. When the refrigerator compartment door 1 is closed with the refrigerator compartment shelf 13 pulled out, the shelf contact prevention rib is provided on the front surface of the lower door pocket 17 to prevent the front of the shelf 13 from hitting the lid 18 and being damaged. 28 are provided. Reference numeral 52 denotes a scratch prevention rib which prevents the hard food 49 from hitting the lid 18b and damaging the flat portion of the lid 18b. Reference numerals 29 and 30 denote inclined portions A and B provided at the overlapping portions of the pair of left and right sliding door-type lids 18a and 18b to make the end surfaces thinner. Slope A 29
Shows the outer surface of the lid 18 in a planar manner to improve the design. Since the inclined portion 30 smoothes the inner surface of the lid 18, even when the food comes into contact with the lid 18, one of the lids 18 enters the contact portion and can be smoothly opened and closed. With this structure, even if the food 49 contacts the outer lid 18, the inner lid 18 can slide. Further, when food comes into contact with the inner plate 15 of the refrigerator door 1, the temperature of the food rises due to heat conduction of the outside air. Therefore, a step 27 is provided on the back surface of the inner plate 15 to reduce the contact area between the inner plate 15 and the food. As a result, the temperature of the food is prevented from rising, and the food 49 does not block the cold air passage.

FIG. 12 is a sectional view of a main part near the lid 18. 23 is an upper sliding door rail, 24 is a lower sliding door rail, 35 is an upper rail groove, and 36 is a lower rail groove. Sliding door rail 2
The hook 32 of the lower door pocket 17 is engaged with the recess 31 of the lower door 4 to make the lower sliding door rail 24 detachable, so that even if it gets dirty, it can be easily removed and washed. By making the material of the lower sliding door rail 24 different from the material of the lid 18 (not the same material), it is possible to suppress a molecular level adhesion phenomenon occurring between parts due to frictional heat generated at the time of sliding and to smoothly open and close. Further, coloring, printing, painting or the like is added to the lower sliding door rail 24 to give it a design. When the cover 18 is removed, the cover 18 can be easily removed by pushing the cover 18 into the upper rail groove 35 and pulling the cover 18 forward from the lower rail groove 36 in the same manner as in the relationship between the sill and the door. When storing things such as bottles that can be stored effectively in the substantially closed space 19, the lid 18 can be removed and used.
If it becomes dirty, it can be easily removed and washed. In addition, since a clearance is provided between the upper rail groove 35 and the upper end of the lid 18, the lid 18 can be smoothly opened and closed even if food is placed on the upper door pocket 16 and bent.

FIG. 14A is an enlarged front view of the cover 18 and FIGS. 14B and 14C are enlarged views of the knob 25 of the cover 18b. Reference numeral 18a denotes a front lid facing the inside of the refrigerator, and 18b denotes a rear lid facing the substantially enclosed space portion 19. In FIG. 13, the convex portion 56 provided on the upper portion of the lid 18 and the concave portion 54 provided on the upper rail groove 35 are provided to prevent the lid 18 from coming off. In addition to the protrusion 56 of the cover 18 and the upper rail groove 35, a protrusion 25 serving as a stopper is provided on the knob 25 of the cover 18 so that the cover 18 can be removed only when necessary, such as when cleaning or replacing the cover 18. Further, the upper rail groove 3 is provided in the container (here, the front surface of the upper door pocket 16) in the substantially closed space portion 19.
A mark A (58) is provided at a position corresponding to the concave portion 54 of No. 5,
A mark B (59) is provided on the cover 18a at a position where the protrusion 56 of the cover 18a is located, so that the position where the protrusion 56 and the recess 54 are aligned can be easily understood.

During normal lid opening and closing operation, the right lid 18
When a is slid left, it hits the stopper 57, and the concave portion 54 of the upper rail groove does not fit with the convex portion 56 of the lid 18a, so that the lid does not come off. . As described above, the sliding of the lid 18 during normal operation (slide)
In order to prevent the lid 18 from coming off, the step (1) in which the lid 18a climbs over the convex portion 57 as the stopper portion is performed.
The lid 18a is lifted up and removed by taking two steps (step 2) and a step (2 steps) of aligning the concave portion 54 of the upper rail groove with the convex portion 56 of the lid 18a.

As shown in FIG. 15, one of the lids 18 can be used without opening and closing the lid 18 with one of the lids being opened. When the right lid 18 is opened in the direction of the arrow, the left end of the right lid 18 pushes the knob 25 of the left lid 18 so that the lid 18 can be opened at a time. Here, since the ceiling surface and the floor surface of the substantially closed space portion are formed by the door pockets as the door shelves, the material cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the substantially closed space portion is newly provided. Further, since it is not necessary to newly provide parts for forming the ceiling surface and the floor surface, the number of parts to be assembled is small (the parts cost is low), and the assembling work is small (the processing cost is low).

A cool air inlet into the substantially closed space 19 is provided at a position facing the cool air outlet 55 or the cool air outlet 12 of the ceiling duct 38 or the cool air outlet of the side duct provided on the side of the refrigerator. Therefore, since the cool air is directly introduced into the substantially closed space 19, the temperature in the substantially closed space 19 can be kept low. Further, the substantially closed space portion 19 is provided substantially over the entire width of the refrigerator door 1. Therefore, since the substantially closed space portion 19 seals a large space in the refrigerator compartment, a space in the refrigerator that receives a temperature change becomes small. Further, the closed space 19 is provided at a position facing a plurality of shelves 13 which are shelves for partitioning the inside of the refrigerator and are located above. Therefore, the structure that disturbs the flow of the cool air blown into the refrigerator is reduced, and
The upper shelf where the temperature tends to rise can be effectively cooled. In FIG. 1, the cool air is blown out along the shelf 13,
The food flows down from the top to the bottom to cool the whole food. Usually, the flow of cool air hits the door pockets 16 and 17 and is disturbed. By providing the hermetically closed space or storage portion in the door pocket portion, the cool air that has cooled the shelf 13 smoothly flows downward through the lid 18 of the hermetically sealed space portion 19, and thus the structure of the refrigerator door 1 and the door pockets 16 and 17 are provided. Due to the structure described above, the cool air is not disturbed, the flow in the refrigerator becomes effective, and the food can be cooled with less energy.
Therefore, the energy saving effect of the refrigerator can be obtained.

6, since the upper sliding door rail 23 is formed integrally with the upper door pocket 16, the fixing degree of the sliding door rail is good,
The number of parts is also reduced. Here, the lower sliding door rail 24 is formed separately from the lower door pocket 17, but similar effects can be obtained by integrally forming the lower sliding door rail 24. In the figure, cool air from a side duct 37 provided on a side surface in the refrigerator is taken into the substantially closed space portion 19. If the cool air inlet 53 is provided at a position opposite to the cool air outlet 12 of the side duct 37, cool air can be reliably taken in. Here, cool air is introduced from the top, side, and back of the substantially closed space 19 and discharged from the bottom surface, so that the stored items can be reliably cooled no matter where they are stored in the substantially closed space 19.

In FIG. 17, when the cool air from the cool air outlet 55 for ceiling provided in the ceiling duct 38 provided on the ceiling surface in the refrigerator is taken into the substantially closed space 19, the cool air outlet 2
2 is provided above the side surface of the substantially closed space portion 19,
Cold air convects in the substantially closed space 19, and the substantially closed space 19
It is possible to sufficiently cool all the stored items inside. If the cool air discharge port 22 in FIG. 17 has the same shape as the cool air inlet 53 in FIG. 16, a cool air inlet and a discharge port different from each other can be obtained using the same case. In addition, the side air duct 37, the ceiling duct 38, a cold air inlet at a place facing each duct,
When the cool air discharge port is provided, cool air is further taken into the closed space portion 19, and the cooling effect is enhanced.

In the refrigerating compartment, the number of times of opening and closing the door is larger than that in the freezing compartment, and the temperature rise when the door is opened is large. For example, in a refrigerator, if the refrigerator door is opened for one minute, the temperature in front of the refrigerator becomes 2
It rises to 3 degrees, closes the door and does not easily return to normal temperature. According to the structure of the present invention, even if the refrigerator door is opened for one minute, the temperature of the front of the refrigerator is 10 degrees to 1 degree.
It only rises to about 5 degrees and only takes about 1 minute to return to normal temperature. Therefore, the food can be stored firmly without deteriorating the food. In other words, the food placed in the door pocket, which is the door shelf, is hardly heated even if it is exposed to the outside air (warm air) of the refrigerator every time the door is opened. Food can be safely stored in the door pocket. In addition, it is easy to put in and take out the food and the like in the door pocket, and the food can be stored in an easily viewable space, so that the space in the door pocket can be used effectively. Furthermore, since the lid is provided, the food does not drop when the door is opened and closed, and the food can be placed in the door pocket space in an overlapping manner.
