Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a balancing excreta pan type flush toilet stool as a flush toilet stool at ease by supporting an excreta pan on a support axis and forming vent holes at the side face of the downstream of a funnel-shaped excreta pan-receiving drain and providing a soft rigid resin membrane closely attached to the vent holes or separated therefrom repeatedly at the inside face of the vent holes. SOLUTION: An air supply device is molded of silicone rubber and composed of a main body 10 and a valve 20. A groove is formed in the main body 10 and air-tightly fitted to a funnel side face. Eight vents are opened thereon. The valve 20 has a cap- shaped diaphragm form and the peripheral edge is thin. The central projection bar is inserted in the center of the main body to fix it. The diaphragm of valve is usually stuck closely to the surface of the main body to serve as a deodorizing and waterproof function. When it is sucked in a negative pressure the diaphragm of valve is peeled to intake air from the vents into pipe inside but when it is pressurized, it is closely stuck on the main body to shield air and water. Accordingly, even when flushing water flows in the pipe at a stroke and the funnel part is loaded with a large volume of water, the excreta pan starts to immediately reserve water for preparation for the next by air intake from the intake device.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a device for sending air to a toilet duct of a flush toilet having a deodorizing mechanism for a toilet bowl. 2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional flush toilet, a part of a pipe line inside a toilet body is formed in a trap shape, a water sealing portion is formed by a water level difference of 5 to 6 cm, and a water sealing and deodorizing mechanism by natural atmospheric pressure is provided. I came. It has been used for a long time because of its extremely natural, simple structure and low failure. However, the drawbacks of this deodorizing mechanism remain as problems such as pressure in the pipe, self-siphon, evaporation, and capillarity due to paper, etc., and a trap having a strong water sealing strength and not generating a self-siphon action has long been desired in the industry. Prior to the popularization of the natural water trap, in the late 18th century, a flush toilet was used in the United Kingdom, in which the toilet port was blocked by a toilet bowl and the water was flushed manually. In the twentieth century, this was changed to the current toilet trap in the twentieth century, due to the corrosion of metals and the deterioration of natural rubber at the time when there was no plastic, resulting in poor water stopping. The applicant uses a modified polyphenylene ether resin or silicon rubber with a high original shape retention force that can achieve planar accuracy,
Further, a flush toilet with a magnet balance is invented using a modern material such as a neodymium magnet which semi-permanently retains a magnetic force, and is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 10-63311. This toilet has a toilet plate that is opened and closed by a neodymium magnet that maintains semi-permanent magnetic force immediately below the defecation port, and the strength of the magnet can be adjusted to the amount of water stored in the toilet bowl surface. The same amount of water as the siphon type or siphon jet type of toilet bowl is collected on the bowl surface of the toilet bowl, and this water flows out of the vertical pipe at a stroke without any resistance due to the imbalance, and flows into the pipe line. Demonstrates extremely excellent waste transfer performance. [0004] There are also problems with this type of flush toilet.
In the flush toilet of the present invention, when the toilet dish is opened, the water in the bowl surface flows at a stretch, so that water flows down the entire pipe line, and the water acts as a piston to make the pipe line after the outflow a negative pressure, so that air There was a problem that the toilet plate at the entrance of the toilet did not close completely, the water supplied from the low tank and the flush valve continued to flow, and the toilet plate was fixed in the closed state after the negative pressure returned to the old one. Also, if negative pressure is applied to the pipe line for some reason to the full state near the limit of the toilet bowl balance, there is a risk that the balance of the toilet bowl will be lost and the stored water in the bowl will be lost without water supply. Was. [0005] In the case of a magnet-type balanced toilet dish, since the toilet dish is mechanically shielded from pressure fluctuations in the pipeline due to pressurization, water sealing is performed. Although there is no concern about flying out, pressure fluctuation due to negative pressure has the above-mentioned problem. It is an object of the present invention to provide an air supply device in which a balanced toilet dish-type flush toilet can be used as a flush toilet without worrying that the odor does not enter the room because it is a pipe of a sewage piping system. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention holds stored water up to a certain amount of water below a toilet port on the toilet bowl surface, and when the amount of water is exceeded, the balance is lost. In a flush toilet having a balanced toilet bowl mechanism that discharges accumulated water, the toilet bowl is operated to pivotally support the toilet bowl, and an air supply hole is provided on a side surface downstream of the toilet bowl of the funnel-shaped body that receives the drainage. It is characterized in that a soft shield synthetic resin film is provided on the inner surface side of the pore, which is in close contact with the supply hole and repeats peeling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS First, a flush toilet according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1. Below a toilet port 3 of a toilet bowl surface 2 with a rotating shaft 4 as a boundary, a plate portion 5 on one side and a magnet on the other side. A toilet pan having a responsive iron weight 6 is pivotally supported about the rotating shaft 4 as a fulcrum, and the toilet port is opened and closed by the pan. At the lower part of the defecation port, a funnel-like formed body 7 for accommodating a toilet bowl and draining sewage to a defecation pipe is attached. A magnet holding portion 8 is provided below the funnel 7 corresponding to the toilet pan weight, and a magnet 9 for firmly closing the toilet pan is attached thereto by attracting the pan weight. The magnet is set to have a magnetic force so that the closed state of the toilet bowl due to the magnetic force is maintained up to a certain amount of water on the bowl surface, and is opened when the amount of water exceeds the certain amount of water. The air supply device 10 is attached to a part of the funnel molded body that does not hinder the opening and closing of the toilet dish, and communicates with the outside air through the pottery bag-like portion of the toilet body 1. To explain the use of the flush toilet according to the present invention, when the water supply lever of the tightly coupled tank 11 is operated, the water supply valve 12 is opened and the flush water flows into the bowl surface. In the present embodiment, the total capacity of the bowl surface is 8 liters or more, and 6 liters of stored water is the balance limit amount, so the amount of stored water is always 4-5 liters. When approximately 1 liter of water has flowed in, the toilet dish opens and the stored water flows down from the defecation port at a stretch with the waste, and the toilet dish closes after about 2-3 seconds. Therefore, the stored water starts again and about 5 L of one 8 L of water supply from the tank. Accumulates on the bowl again. Next, the air supply device will be described. The air supply device is formed of silicone rubber having a strong original shape recovery property, and includes a main body 10 and a valve 20. The body has a groove that matches the thickness of the funnel so that it fits tightly to the side of the funnel. The air supply holes take up as much area as possible on the entire surface and are provided with eight holes. The valve portion 20 has a cap-valve shape and a valve-valve shape with a thin outer edge. Insert the central projection bar into the center hole of the main body 10 and stop. To explain the operation of this device, the valve membrane is always in close contact with the main body surface and acts as a deodorant waterproof, but when suction of negative pressure is received, the valve membrane peels off and takes in air from the main body air supply hole to the pipe side. For pressurization, the valve membrane adheres to the main body and shuts off both air and water. Even if 6 liters of flush water flows into the pipeline at a stroke and a large negative pressure is generated in the funnel, the toilet bowl is immediately closed by the air supply from the air supply device, and the toilet pan is closed for the next time. Start with water. B. Even if a P trap is installed outdoors according to the instructions of the sewerage authorities or the construction company's judgment, the air flows in after the running water, so that the wastewater flows out beyond the P trap without deterioration. Even if a negative pressure or pressurization that occurs when a body of water falls from the upper floor in the C-pipe, there is no abnormality in the sealing of the toilet bowl.
