Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a pelletized feed for milk cow for producing milk containing β-carotene or the like and having a high nutritional value, and for increasing fertility. SOLUTION: This method comprises a process for mixing 1-50 pts.wt. of dry powder of dunaliella algal body, 15-25 wt.% of torula yeast, 0.1-1 pt.wt. of baker's yeast, 1-5 pts.wt. of soybean cake, 0.1-1.5 pts.wt. of calcium propionate, 1-5 wt.% of calcium carbonate and 5-10 pts.wt. of molasses, and a process for forming and solidifying the mixture. The obtained feed is used by mixing to a commercial cow-raising feed.

ラ藻体乾燥粉末を利用して、牛乳の栄養価を向上させる
乳牛用ペレット飼料について研究した結果、本発明を達
成したのである。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、ドナリエラ藻
体乾燥粉末、トルラ酵母、パン酵母、大豆かす、プロピ
オン酸カルシウム、炭酸カルシウムと、糖蜜とを混合
し、成型し、固形化することから成る乳牛用ペレット飼
料の製造法である。 【0005】 【発明の実施の形態】本発明は、ドナリエラ藻体乾燥粉
末1〜50重量部、トルラ酵母1〜25重量部、パン酵
母0.1〜1kgの重量部、大豆かす1〜5重量部、プ
ロピオン酸カルシウム0.1〜1.5重量部、炭酸カル
シウム1〜5重量部、糖蜜5〜l0重量部と、賦形剤と
して80メッシュパス(Mesh pass)のトウモロコシ粉砕
物とを混和し、湿潤し混練した後、成型し、固形化する
ことから成る乳牛用ペレット飼料の製造法である。そし
て、得られた乳牛用ペレット飼料は、市販の養牛用配合
飼料に混和して給餌するのが好適である。 【0006】本発明での、ドナリエラ藻体乾燥粉末と
は、ドナリエラ・バーダウイル藻体の乾燥粉末、ドナリ
エラ・サリーナ藻体の乾燥粉末を意味する。 【0007】 【実施例1】ドナリエラ藻体乾燥粉末を5重量部、トル
ラ酵母を20重量部、大豆粕を3重量部、プロピオン酸
カルシウムを0.3重量部、炭酸カルシウムを5重量
部、糖蜜を10重量部、パン酵母を0.5重量部と、賦
形剤としての80メッシュパス(mesh pass) のトウモロ
コシ粉砕物とを混合して得た乳牛用配合飼料に、10%
程度の水を加え、湿潤させて、混練りして、ダイ(die)
の出口径2mmから圧出・成型し、カッターで長さ3m
mずつ切断して連続的に2mm×3mm粒度に造粒し
て、乳牛用ペレット飼料を得た。 【0008】 【実施例2】実施例1で得た乳牛用ペレット飼料50g
を、市販の養牛用配合飼料10kgに混合した飼料を試
験区の6頭の乳房炎牛に、前記と同重量の市販の養牛用
配合飼料を対照区の6頭の乳房炎牛に、40日間宛給餌
した結果を表1、表2に示した。正常の乳牛の血液中
の、ビタミンEは189IU/dI 、βーカロチンでは85
8(1430IU)程度であるに対して、本発明の乳牛用
ペレット飼料を含有する飼料を給餌することによつて、
表1、表2にみるように、血液中にビタミンE、βーカ
ロチン共に増加することが明白であり、従って、牛乳中
にもビタミンE、βーカロチン増加して、牛乳の栄養価
を向上させることもてき、かつ表1、表2によれば、乳
