Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device capable of surely eliminating dirt with the minimum detergent and surely washing away the detergent with the minimum water. SOLUTION: This washing device has a compressed air supply means 12 for supplying compressed air, water supply means 12, 13 for supplying water, detergent supply means 12, 14 for supplying detergent and a washing gun 16 which is connected to the compressed air supply means 12, the water supply means 12, 13 and the detergent supply means 12, 14, has a nozzle and is changeable between a state for mixing the compressed air and the water and injecting the mixture from the nozzle and a stage for mixing the compressed air and the detergent and injecting the mixture from the nozzle. A flat part having flexibility is formed at the nozzle of the washing gun 16, thereby, a reciprocating motion is generated on the front end side of the ejection of the nozzle at the time of ejecting the detergent or the water at this flat part.

By the way, if a detergent for removing dirt is discharged by a pump and ejected from a nozzle as described above, the foaming is not sufficient, and the detergent is not sufficiently used unless a large amount is used. There was a problem that dirt could not be removed. In addition, if the water for washing out the detergent is discharged by the pump and ejected from the nozzle, there is a problem that the detergent cannot be sufficiently washed away unless a large amount is used.

Accordingly, when the cleaning gun is switched to a state in which the cleaning air is mixed with the compressed air and the detergent and is jetted from the nozzle when the detergent is jetted, the detergent is mixed with the compressed air from the nozzle of the cleaning gun to form a foam. Erupt. At the time of this ejection, the nozzle reciprocates on the ejection tip side while bending the flat portion in the flat direction by the force of the bubbles flowing through the nozzle. With the reciprocating motion of this nozzle,
The bubbles ejected from the nozzle further become fine bubbles in the air and reach the object to be cleaned. Also, when spraying water, if the cleaning gun is switched to a state where the cleaning air is mixed with the compressed air and water and is jetted from the nozzle, the water is mixed with the compressed air from the nozzle of the cleaning gun and jetted out as a mist. . Then, at the time of this ejection, the nozzle reciprocates on the ejection tip side while bending the flat portion in the flat direction by the force of water and compressed air flowing through the nozzle. Due to the reciprocating motion of the nozzle, the water ejected from the nozzle further becomes fine mist in the air and reaches the object to be cleaned.

Accordingly, when the cleaning gun is switched to a state in which only the compressed air is jetted from the nozzle, the compressed air is jetted from the nozzle of the cleaning gun. And at the time of this eruption,
The force of the compressed air flowing through the nozzle causes the nozzle to reciprocate on the ejection tip side while bending the flat portion in the flat direction. Due to the reciprocating motion of the nozzle, the compressed air is ejected from the nozzle with a larger ejection power.

That is, in this state, the compressed air from the air compressor 12 is introduced into the mixing chamber of the cleaning gun 16 and the water from the water tank 13 is discharged from the cleaning gun 16.
The compressed air and water are mixed in the mixing chamber, and are ejected from the nozzle 59 in the form of a mist.
At the time of this ejection, the nozzle 59 generates a high-speed reciprocating motion (about 40 times / second) on the ejection tip side while bending the flat portion 66 in the flat direction by the force of water and compressed air flowing through the nozzle 59. Will be. This nozzle 59

Further, the switching valves 58a, 5 of the connecting member 58
When both levers 8b are closed and the lever 56 of the cleaning gun 16 is pulled toward the grip 55, the cleaning gun 16 is switched to a state in which only the compressed air is ejected from the nozzle 59. That is, in this state, the air compressor 1
Only the compressed air from 2 is introduced into the mixing chamber of the cleaning gun 16 and blows out from the nozzle 59. At the time of this ejection, the force of the compressed air flowing through the nozzle 59 causes the nozzle 59
However, a high-speed reciprocating motion (about 40 times / second) occurs on the ejection front end side while bending the flat portion 66 in the flat direction. The high-speed reciprocating motion of the nozzle 59 causes the nozzle 5
Waves are generated in the compressed air passing through the inside 9 and become intense shock waves, which are ejected from the nozzle 59. Therefore, the compressed air ejected from the nozzle 59 is sent to the back of the object to be cleaned with a strong force.

As described in detail above, claim 1 of the present invention
According to the cleaning device described above, when the cleaning gun is switched to a state in which the cleaning air is mixed with the compressed air and the detergent to be discharged from the nozzle when the cleaning agent is blown out, the detergent is mixed with the compressed air from the nozzle of the cleaning gun and foamed. It gushes out.
Therefore, since the detergent can be sufficiently and finely foamed, it is possible to surely remove stains on the object to be cleaned with a minimum of detergent.
