FIGS. 4 to 6 show an example of an oil separating device S which is currently used. The oil separating device S is composed of a container body 1 having a predetermined volume and a bottom cover fixed to the lower surface thereof. The container body 1 is formed integrally with a cylinder head cover C (made of aluminum die-cast or synthetic resin such as polyamide or polyacetal) of the engine E, and the container body 1 is spaced from the ceiling wall 1a at a predetermined distance. As shown in FIG. 6, the head cover C has a plurality of first baffle plates 1b whose width is substantially equal to the inner width of the main body and which is shorter than the height of the main body so as to form a flow path on the lower side. An end near the center is provided with a gas outlet 1C connected to the intake pipe system.

[0005] The cylinder head cover C is mounted on the cylinder head H of the engine E. The cylinder head cover C is mounted on the cylinder head H and includes a rocker arm a, a valve rod b, a cam C, a camshaft d and the like. While preventing dust from adhering, it forms a guide path for blow-by gas generated in the crankcase of the engine E. The blow-by gas generated in the flank case when the engine E is operating is driven by the positive pressure in the crankcase or the intake air. Under the influence of the negative pressure on the tube side, the gas flows through the gas flow hole 3 onto the cylinder head H, flows in the opposite direction, enters the main body 1 from the inlet 2a of the container main body 1, and has a plurality of 1, second baffle 1
b, 2b and moving while bending alternately left and right and up and down, the oil particles contained in the blow-by gas are separated, and the separated oil is drained through the drain hole 2.
The gas dropped from the cylinder C onto the cylinder head H and separated from the oil flows from the outlet 1C to the intake pipe via the hose member.

In the above oil separating apparatus, the flow rate of the blow-by gas passing through the container body 1 is approximately 1 m / m, since it is necessary to efficiently separate the fine oil particles contained in the blow-by gas. The area of the inlet 2a of the bottom cover 2 is set to be large so as to be less than one second. When the oil particles are flipped up by the rod b, the cam C or the like, the oil particles easily enter through the inlet 2a, and when the engine itself is inclined as shown in FIG. The oil that jumps up and adheres flows in from the inlet 2a, and cannot be completely processed by the separation device, and flows out from the outlet 1C together with the blow-by gas. Cause of the increase in consumption.

The first baffle 11b provided on the container body 11 and the second baffle 1 provided on the bottom lid 12 are provided.
The shape and number of 2b are not limited to the illustrated example, and may be changed as appropriate as long as the blow-by gas can be alternately applied to the blow-by gas in the container body 11 in the left and right and up and down directions. As shown in FIG. 2, the gas inlet 12a of the bottom cover 12 and the drain hole 1
FIG. 2C shows an example in which the gas is provided to be offset in the width direction so as to obtain an effective zigzag flow of gas, but this may be a central portion, and the oil passage hole 12 of the second baffle plate 12b may be provided.
A plurality may be provided without providing e. The inlet 12a may be circular, elliptical, or the like. Container body 1
The one outlet 11C may be provided laterally to the axis of the cylinder head cover C. In the illustrated example, the oil separating device S is provided so as to be shifted to one side in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder head cover C.
The central portion may be used as long as the opening ends of 2a and the enclosing frame 13 approach the side wall of the head cover C. (In this case, the surrounding frame 13 is turned sideways.)

Since the present invention is configured as described above as an apparatus for separating blow-by gas oil, the cylinder which is jumped up by the operation of a valve mechanism such as a rocker arm, a valve rod, or a cam when the engine is operating. Oil on the head can be reliably prevented from flowing through the gas inlet of the bottom lid, and even if the engine is tilted, the splashing oil attached to the lower surface of the bottom lid and the outer surface of the surrounding frame is removed. The collar allows the droplet to be properly dropped on the cylinder head, and the mist-like oil fine particles are properly processed to prevent engine malfunction.

1. A plurality of first baffles formed on an upper portion of a cylinder head cover and having a predetermined volume with an open lower surface and a bottom lid fixed to the lower surface thereof, the container body hanging down from a ceiling wall. Having a gas outlet, and the bottom lid body has a plurality of second baffle plates that form a zigzag blow-by gas passage alternately with the first baffle plate in the container body. In an oil separator having a gas inlet at a position close to the side wall of the cylinder head cover and having an oil drain hole, the cylinder head cover protrudes downward from the center of the bottom cover and covers the entire gas inlet. An apparatus for separating oil from blowby gas, comprising: an enclosing frame extending toward a side wall; and brim pieces protruding from both sides and a lower side of an opening end thereof.
