In modo vantaggioso il trovato consente effettività di pagamento, rapidità di utilizzo, verifica in tempo reale, trasparenza di gestione per utenti e autorità di controllo, sicurezza e prevenzione di abusi e truffe. Esso à ̈ costituito e comprende due dispositivi elettronici, interconnessi tra loro tramite un meccanismo di autenticazione, ed un Server Web che, azionati, si collegano in modo tale da consentire il pagamento della sosta, se dovuto, e il relativo controllo da parte dell’autorità o soggetto preposto, mantenendo registrazione e verificabilità delle transazioni eseguite.
