La presente domanda ha per oggetto una struttura di occhiale, particolarmente di un occhiale da sole. The present application relates to an eyewear structure, particularly a sunglasses.

Oggigiorno sono noti occhiali i quali risultano essere costituiti essenzialmente da una montatura, usualmente realizzata in materia plastica, definente un ponticello centrale ed a cui risultano associabili una o due lenti. Eyeglasses are known today which are essentially constituted by a frame, usually made of plastic material, defining a central bridge and to which one or two lenses can be associated.

Sono quindi noti occhiali alla cui montatura risultano associabili due lenti mediante una interconnessione a scatto: sulla montatura sono quindi lateralmente ricavate delle sedi per delle controsagomate appendici sporgenti ai lati della lente la quale risulta quindi inseribile a scatto grazie una leggera deformazione imprimibile alla montatura stessa. Un problema ricorrente in tali tipi noti di occhiali consiste nel fatto che i medesimi sono spesso assoggettati ad un appannamento delle lenti, questo costringendo l' utilizzatore a scalzarli e quindi a non godere più della protezione ai raggi solari. E’ anche noto trattare le lenti con particolari procedimenti al fine di cercare di evitare la formazione di appannamento sulle stesse: tali procedimenti risultano però da un lato costosi e dall’altro presentano comunque una protezione limitata in quanto oggigiorno alcune lenti presentano una conformazione avvolgente frontalmente e parzialmente lateralmente il viso dell’utilizzatore e risultano quindi prossime alla pelle che, soprattutto in estate, è soggetta a notevole sudorazione, soprattutto nel caso gli occhiali vengano calzati da atleti. Con riferimento alle figure precedentemente citate, si è indicata con il numero 1 una struttura di occhiale del tipo comprendente una montatura 2 a cui sono associabili predisposte astine 3 ed almeno una lente 4. Claims

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1) Eyewear structure comprising a frame and at least one lens, which is characterized by the fact that said at least one lens is movable with respect to said frame to define the temporary presence of at least one opening.

2) Structure as in claim 1 which is characterized by the fact that on said mount at least a first seat is obtained for the fulcrum of a counter-shaped first appendix protruding from said lens.

3) Structure as per claims 1 and 2 which is characterized by the fact that a second seat is obtained on said frame for selective engagement means present on said frame, movable to define at least one opening with respect to said frame.

4) Structure according to one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that said frame has a central bridge for coupling to a pair of lenses, in correspondence with said frame a first seat for the fulcrum of a first appendage protruding from one side of each lens and the back of which can be retracted or partially retracted in correspondence with a housing obtained on said frame.

5) Structure as per claims 1 and 4 which is characterized by the fact that said at least one lens has, on the opposite side to said first appendix, a second appendix having selective engagement means in correspondence with a second seat obtained on said frame in proximity of the connection areas to the rods.

6) Structure as per claims 1 and 5 which is characterized by the fact that said second appendix has a conformation defining a pair of teeth with a rounded vertex selectively positionable in correspondence with counter-shaped cavities constituting said second seat.

7) Structure as per claims 1 and 6 which is characterized by the fact that said at least one lens has a back which, in one or more areas, only partially affects the depth of said housing to define a recess in proximity to said second appendage.

8) Structure according to claims 1 and 7 which is characterized by the fact that said at least one lens is allowed to oscillate or move vertically or move longitudinally with respect to said frame.

9) Structure as per claims 1 and 8 which is characterized by the fact that one or both of said teeth involve said cavities.

10) Structure as per claims 1 and 9 which is characterized by the fact that said recess has a conformation capable of being completely contained or not within said housing in order to finish the different positioning achievable of said second appendix in said second seat.
